King Cake seal

I might have misinterpreted the King Cake seal, but I thought it was to be issued on the feast day of the Epiphany (January 6). What am I missing?

All of the holiday seals are freely available now, regardless of day. (Do you have to trigger them on the "About" page, though? I only looked after hitting that link, and saw I had them all.)

Also, pretty sure that one was for Mardi Gras.
