Anyone noticed the arrow in the background of the image?

Yeah I see that now. Looks like a map of stars, so the answer is a star name?

I missed something in one of the replies back to me regarding keeping my guardian status -- hidden binary that translated to Great Pyramid. It's one of the seven wonders of the world which with the poem reference that aquarius pointed out makes it seem like 7 is an important number. Also the title of the email is Sins and Wonders and there are also 7 deadly sins. All of that to say I have made no progress on the puzzle yet, but will keep working.

Alright, so I've been super busy with various ARG things and drama stuff, but finally, I'm back. I have a couple hidden messages to report.

When I emailed him back with my continued interest and informed him that I hadn't received the last email, I got the general "Intuetor thanks you.." Underneath of that was binary that translated to "straight-edge pieces."

In the forwarded email "Circadian and Circles", I have that email with its hidden message, plus the following:

Quote:
Dear Larissa
ALWAYS
Hopefully this amends our error for which we do apologise.
Hopefully the last correspondence in which
we thanked you didn't seem too blank in response...
LOOK CLOSELY IN THE BRIGHTENED SHADOWS
Vladimir Sirin v230619122012

The part in all caps was the hidden message. And no, I don't mind leaving my name up there, since anyone who emails me could see it anyway! Wink

The Circadian and Circles response I received was
Quote:
Intueor thanks you.
[and hidden binary for "Stone by stone"]

EDIT (to insert "edit"): I had asked for clarification about the arrangement of given pieces and the missing piece, and he confirmed that the missing piece is the middle piece. So far, the most words I managed to make was 9 with "PL"

I'm also not sure how (or if) the background of stars is significant to the puzzle, and if it is significant, whether the significance would be more apparent after figuring out the missing piece.

So, I got a new message from Vlad:

Nearly telling you the answer to our puzzling pieces here...:
"I strongly urged him to go to you with the brothers. He was quite unwilling to go now, but he will go when he has the opportunity...

Intueor challenges you, it seems. We wonder whether it is the coupling of the pieces that confuses you, or the actual task in itself... Either way, time is pressing...

This contained the following hidden text:

Wskazówką   znajdziesz

Which Google tells me is Polish for "Find Clue Dwarf"

Is this astronomical? If its literal, Tycho Brahe sprung to mind because of the dwarf. Or is it a translation error? "find the little clue" instead?

The quote comes from Corinthians and refers to Appollos.

My quick glance at Google Translate results in only Find clue. I'm not sure where the Dwarf came from.

Any idea what Vlad's new signature refers to?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Theory: 7 Wonders of the World, references to building. Are we looking for one of them?

Well, let's see. 7 sins and 7 wonders. Let's take a look at the what the 7 wonders are and where they were (are) located:

The Statue of Zeus - Olympia, Greece. Destroyed by fire.
The Temple of Artemis - Selcuk, Izmir Province, Turkey. Destroyed by Arson.
The Colossus of Rhodes - Rhodes, Greece. Destroyed by Earthquake.
The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus - Bodrum, Turkey. Destroyed by flood.
The Lighthouse of Alexandria - Alexandria, Egypt. Destroyed by earthquake.
The Great Pyramid of Giza - Giza Necropolis, Egypt. Still in existence.
The Hanging Gardens of Babylon - Al Hillah, Babil Province, Iraq. Destroyed by earthquake.

Taking into account the quote from Corinthians, referring to Appollos, who was an Alexandrian Jewish Christian, maybe he's pointing us to the Lighthouse of Alexandria... I don't know. It's late and I'm tired and throwing that out there...

Looks like I missed a word from the Polish when copying across. Anyhow - this is how the message appeared in my email:

 W s k a z ó w k ą   z n a j d z i e s z   k r a s n a l a

I'm wondering if the "time is pressing" comment is important. We should be looking for WHEN rather than WHAT....

Wait- Seven Dwarfs.

11/11/11 - Project Circadian's Start Date... right?

Good spot. So, that's when he saw a supernova (SN 1572) in Cassiopeia. There's some interesting illustrations on the Wikipedia page relating to this - wonder if this information will corrolate with the background?

Regarding VS's signature in the last email, 6448 * 0.25 is equal to 1612. The decimal point is a link to an Amazon page for the movie 1612.

So...I'm guessing that year is important?

EDIT: Oops. I think that's a reference to Corinthians 16:12.

I got a few weird emails in the past day or two...

Quote:
Dear David A.Toboz

Intueor currently hold the minds of a few people in confusion. One of them suggested you might UNderstand what they could not...
We note from your online activities that you are able to imagine what others cannot... Are you up to the challenge?
if you are one who looks at hidden places, then look closer into the far recesses of our galaxy for ideas...
Intueor thanks you.

And then...

Quote:
Dear David [may we call you this or would you prefer one of your aliases - you have so many it seems...],

We are glad you accept the mantle...
What are we about? Intueor is an organisation that was created in the early part of the 20th Century to help protect Albion's shores from powers that would serve to harm its inhabitants. We currently communicate to you through our main server / officer Vladimir Sirin, a man who gave up his own sense of self to integrate with a machine via means of a telepathic module.
We currently hold the thirteen treasures of Albion and are using them in a project we have named Circadia, and its commencement was due to start on the 11th November last year and, in a sense, it did. But the next stage is due soon - the exact date being gleamed from our puzzle we have recently sent out.
We are imagining that people are entertaining Jepp, the dwarf under the table rather than looking at the meaning of our lettering and the date it can convey through both numbering and the coincidence with other papers we have sent and which we now enclose to you.. Jepp has his place, as does his master, but, for now, we seek the time of understanding from those who would serve Intueor better.
Talk to others - we would recommend where to look, but we imagune we have mutual friends elsewhere...?

Intueor thanks you and welcomes you into our fold...

Which came with an attachment included here. I'm sure this is all old news to you gentlemen and ladies, but I've kind of not been following this one because of... personal issues that distracted me from these sorts of games. I guess I'm playing this one now because someone wanted me to join in and it seems like it's caught my curiosity. I plan on catching up, but can someone give me a bit of a brief synopsis of what we're currently doing and how I can help?

Alright... so we've been pointed back to the original picture- Turing IIRC.

Reference to the star background again.

So Turing + Tycho Brahe?

It's David Hilbert, not Turing. And I think we're being guided away from Tycho for the moment.
