Anyone playing this? It just started on the 10th but you can still join and make a team (3 people).

Registration is still open. This is NOT the same thing as the previous "Can you crack this" that was recently posted.

I started it this evening. Solved the first problem, stumped on task 1 of lecture 2. Rolling Eyes

As for clues on the activation puzzle:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Step 1: Look up the author of the book - this should give you a clue to the type of cipher

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Step 2: I used a letter frequency analysis to find the correct implementation

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Step 3: If you've got this far and it's still gibberish, pause to reflect on your work

Argenbar have you worked out Lecture 2 task 1 yet? I can give you a hint if you need.

I am stuck on Lecture 2 task 2. I have clear text and what must be the last word, but however I am submitting the answer is wrong. I don't know what else to try.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm just doing this for fun. I'm a one man/woman 'team' so ....

Edit: was a duh moment! Got it now.

This lecture was fun. All tasks complete. I think it's going to get really hard next. Long wait - 2 weeks!
