[OT] Tron @ MondoTees.com MondoTees.com is well known in the art community for their posters. at some random time tomorrow (usually at the top of an hour) Mondo will be releasing a pair of Tron/Tron Legacy posters. they will both be glow-in-the-dark, be 2'x3' and cost you $90 (+tax, s&h, and all that other BS). this is a limited production of 390.
Please be mindful if you want one as Mondo usually sells out of their posters in less than 5 minutes. if you miss the deal, you can usually find old mondo posters going for double MSRP on ePay.

Wow! They look fantastic!
Unfortunately they are already sold out, but $90 was probably out of my budget anyway...

How did you get one if they sold out before you knew they even went on sale...?

there is always ebay. often times the market gets mondo flooded and people can be offered prices close to original. the $90 set after tax and shipping , paypal fees, ebay fees and reshipping will probably be $120 ish. please be careful though, some folks are splitting the set up.

For $120-$150 I'm all about it, but right now people seem to be paying at least $250 for a set. A couple hours after they sold out, I saw over 50 listing up on eBay. Makes me a little sick, same thing happened with the Star Wars posters. I work my butt off for my $$$$. I'm not about to put $150 to $300 profit in somebodies pocket who didn't even have to get out of bed...

I got mine, but they never (at least in the years I've been buying) put them on the FP of the site for the sale. It usually is always in the poster section. The one thing I always hate about them is that they sell out in minutes and your order is not confirmed until you get the reciept (I've had a few be in my cart and then told I can't buy it).
