What is Jay basing his assumption that Tim frequents anywhere in the area on? He's seen him hanging around the area (are we calling it Rosswood Town?) once, right? That's hardly proof that he's still around.

My suggestion to Jay (if I used twitter) would be that maybe its time to try and smoke Tim out. We've plenty of reason to believe Tim has kept up with Jay's antics online - might Jay be able to prod Tim into action somehow? I don't know if its really up Jay's street, but some sort of bluff might work. Say for example: Jay tweets that he's found a lead, that he's going to go back to Alex's appartment, which he's still got the key for. We know how much Tim likes following Jay around empty homes, Jay has the drop on him this time.

Not sure its really Jay's style to attempt this sort of thing - and of course he'd have to mislead all of us to achieve it too. It just feels like if he's determined to find Tim, it might be time to try and get the 'burned one to come to him....

With the newest tweets I feel as if Jay might start to string us along, because if you look at the tweets from December 10th to January 17th they seemed to be amping up the 3rd season, with Jay dropping key hints that it might be starting soon like he's not sleeping well or name dropping Rosswood Park. But now Jay's most recent tweet seems to have halted all that by essentially saying "Wait never mind, I still need to find Tim".

Now I don't think Jay is purposely cock teasing us with his tweets, but I'm more akin to the idea that out of game, the production has been brought to a standstill and the Marble Hornets crew can't release the video on their projected release date that Jay was hyping up. (I'm going to assume that if what I said above is in fact true; their original release date was probably last week of January, or sometime around there.)
Regardless if what I've said is true or not, I think that the Marble Hornets crew have written themselves in a very good position. It allows them to take the time they need all while making the break in videos logical, because the story won't progress without Tim, and because Jay can't find Tim they don't have their catalyst for the operator.

Call me a pessimist or a cynic but I don't think a new video will be out untill mid February, maybe later.

It'd be hilarious if tomorrow Jay tweets something like "I've found Tim's nightly hang out. I'm talking to him tomorrow" or something, completely nullifying my post... Lol.

I really like the idea of Jay goading Tim into revealing himself, the way that TTA has been prompting Jay to act. It would be a nice little turnabout.

Maybe Jay could post a TTA-style video.

Susil, agreed. For the first few tweets it seemed like things were really getting going, but now it's been...what...two weeks without a sighting? Not even any sort of slight lead on Tim's whereabouts. Even if he hadn't found Tim by now, you'd think there would have at least been someone who had said "Hmm, that guy looks familiar."

Although...Jay has stopped recording himself, is that correct? How creepy would it be if he started again, and reviewed the tapes and realized Tim has actually been making visits to him? But just doing so while he's sleeping without leaving any kind of clues, and without making any videos or attempting any communications (assuming Masky = TTA). Like, instead of stalking him to enlist his help against the Operator (or whatever it is that Masky was doing), now he's just silently keeping an eye on him.

Totally speculation and highly unlikely, but...all we have is speculation right now, I guess. Wink

My apologies for posting in the Twitter thread without a tweet.

While I agree that the latest tweets have been pretty tease-y, a post here gave me the idea: Jay will follow Tim into Rosswood Park. Explains his draw to it, explains why he's tweeting about both. He'll either drive by and see Tim there/stalk him and wind up there, go all "ohnoesNOTTHEPARK" and go in anyway because he wants answers.

WHAT THE!? Guys, I don't know if this has always been here, if my YT is glitching out, or what, but go to TTA's channel!! It's been switched to the new layout, but instead of just saying "totheark" or "totheark's channel" it says, "tothearks kanal". Is anyone else seeing this? Or is it old and I just never knew?
