I'd disagree. Maybe spread out a little longer, with less Slender Man prevalence. As it is, it's just picture after picture of the Slender Man, and the character is either not noticing or not saying something. Over and over again.

You can draw your own conclusions, yes, but not many. There's not enough substance to provide more than just a few mysteries, and if I wanted to see the same thing over and over I'd reread the Redwall series. There are thirteen posts, and I feel like the author could have done the same thing with just five.

It's definitely got potential, mind you. It just needs to get its ass in gear, ASAP.

This. Not to discourage bloggers and vloggers aspiring, but it's hard to get noticed these days if you don't have an awesome pilot post or video to start with. If you don't have that, you have to make up for it with another element. For me, it's acting. Either you can scare us, or you can convince us the characters are scared. I feel like that is the essence of most series. If you are willing to do that, you know what it takes to engage an audience that is looking for something more out of Slenderman.

So this thing finally updated again. Here is the most recent post :http://laststopnola.tumblr.com/post/15885550859

This blog had a lot of promise but I dont think its going to progress any further than "hey look at these pictures I took." I was really hoping it would bloom into some resemblance of a story but I just dont think its gonna happen.

I actually like this one. In my opinion I like it better that no explanation is given, no story is broken. It is what it is.

He almost looks folorn, standing in the background waiting for her to notice him. "Um. Hi? Hello? I'm right here, can you see m- oh, I guess not. Ahem."

I can almost see him carrying a bouquet of wilty roses and a heart-shaped box of chocolates.

Well, if there isn't a story or anything, I'm going to come up with my own. Slender Man's down in Louisiana, possibly with a Slender Minion, exploring the area and posing for pics at cool locations. He wants to share these with us, so he made a tumblr!

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I'm pretty bored tonight. I actually really like the photos...

EDIT: Yes, Slender Man has a car.

I think it's good. Not sure if it's a blog, though.

^this.

At first I thought it was ligit slenderblog. She was posting pictures and occasionally commenting on how weird they were. I thought it was eventually going to progress into a full on story and stuff. But the more time goes on, I think he(she?) is just posting pictures and editing Slenderman in just for fun.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
also, if you are going to make a slenderblog on tumblr, and you are trying to keep immersion, you prolly should tag you posts under Slenderman. Just sayin'.

Regardless, the pictures are fantastic and thoroughly creepy. I just wish it was going somewhere Sad

As a photographer I really love this blog. The pictures are beautiful and Mr Tall never looked so pimp (bisches got nothing on him dB). The only problem I have is that camera resolution on some of the photos ene

Thanks so much! We may eventually try to start doing a story with it, but for the most part, this has turned into a hobby for us. My friend and I don't live in the same town (he's about two hours away, and I'm in New Orleans), and we both work really demanding jobs. The whole thing is kind of an escape for us. We started to do a story, and while we knew we shouldn't take the internet to heart, some of the comments on unfiction made us realize we just didn't have the time to make this a true Slenderblog or project. Plus, it all boils down to us having fun with something we love.

As far as how I take the pictures, it's a combination of an iPhone app and photoshop; however, I rarely have to do anything too wild. Some stuff just comes out super creepy, like the last photo set at my house back in New Iberia or the photos in the ninth ward. Hell, those were scary just standing there snapping photos.

We may choose to do something more in-depth in the future. If we do, I'll shoot you a message. For now, thanks for the encouragement and suggestions! We both really appreciate it when people like what we've taken.

Thanks again!
Whit

This sorta confirms what I thought about it being a blog with a story. However they might add a story in the future. So there's that.
