Oh, you're right, and they still have www before every URL.

I ask myself now just:
1) either it's alternate universe
2) or they know, we will input all URLs we'll find in the footage, so to prevent 404 and other errors they just shift the whole net nomenclature Smile

Yes, my only hope is, it would be pretty expensive gamejack, so hope people won't waste their money with annoying a not really huge Alcatraz ARG community Smile

I live in san fransisco. A few weeks ago there was a large white tower that was build on alcatraz I took the ferry out to see it, and it was scaffolding covered by a sheet type thing. The tower is bigger than the prison. Shoudl I go take pics today?

A quick note on the postcard from "Susie"- Susie was the name of the little girl who found Sylvane at the beginning of the pilot. Nice tease there.

Hi all, loving the game (?) so far, it's nice to see something move alongside a brand new show.

Before I realised there was an ongoing thread here I set up a blog to follow what is going on with this viral / ARG, but I still want to stay in touch here.

Is anyone planning on going to visit Alcatraz on the 27th, 28th or 29th of January ? I'm really hoping there is something interesting going on for us.

I'm assuming that you would have to be there at 9:14am (pst) and go to the location indicated by the co-ordinates, which I think is one of the cells.

By the way did anyone notice in all the articles about the boxes that were sent out, the main difference between them is the postcard from Susie. There seem to be three different postcards from 1910, 1936 and 1957.

I read somewhere that they were going to tarp up the water tower for refurbishing. Could that be the white tower?
