 		I sent Mai a message about her language (because I'm a huge language nerd) and she quickly recruited me to help out with Maino.

Here's what she told me:

Mai: Help me create and teach the language Maino please.
You will be the Language Manager as your role
Mai: The ones to be learning it will be future agents. The purpose of the language is to put out codes for them in plain sight and no one will be able to
know except the agents


Seems like a pretty cute idea to me. It has the potential to be a pain, though.
