And just checked the disciple's tumblr again and a new update:

My colleagues and I spent ten years experimenting until we found something we coined breakthrough point: a theoretical location in the fabric of space itself, which could allow us to create an artificial "perpendicular universe", allowing us to "cross over" into the parallel universe closest to us. Needless to say, we were all thrilled. We received a grant from the [omitted] Foundation, and we proceeded with our research.

Eight years later we made an interesting breakthrough in our research. Instead of creating an artificial perpendicular universe from scratch, we discovered several "holes" in the fabric of our universe, leading into already existing perpendicular universes. We found a way to open it (at this point we knew these things like the back of our hands). We then sent two men, [omitted] and [omitted] into the perpendicular universe to explore. They brought cameras. The picture was crystal clear. It was dark, and very cave-like. Natural light with shades of dark red emanated from holes in the wall. The men kept walking until they reached a dead end (that must have been the breakthrough point on the other side). We asked them to return back now that we had the information we needed. And then the cameras began to glitch. Everyone was put on edge. The cameras suddenly froze. One of them showed something truly remarkable: a person was standing about ten feet from our men. He was extremely tall, maybe 7 feet. His arms and legs long and thin like a spider's. The audio was still on. Our men tried to communicate with this stranger, without response. Then suddenly we heard screams, and the signal went out. The breakthrough point on our side suddenly closed up. We kept trying to reopen it for the next few weeks to no avail. Eighteen years of research gone, like those men.

Has anyone actually figured out what that code is? I can't figure it out, although I've got the feeling it's going to be completly bloody obvious. I did write a response back in Base 64, though.

I don't think he is fine, Tharol. He's left uni and told us that the noises had stopped despite them being in the background. I watched the video entry in a hurry and missed the bleeding obvious, hence my less then brilliant tumblr responses.

I'm guessing FATHER doesn't really understand human beings, which is odd, given that he seems to had the company of one them for about a decade. I'm guessing he 'converts' them somehow, more in line with his and MOTHER's way of thinking and there's little humanity left in them. Or their just trying to see what Kyle will do to escape :shudders:

 		Hmm...does anyone think that after the latest disciple entry, we have a FATHER, a MOTHER and that disciple might actually be...SON? Pater talks about his own ascension and Jesus only became divine after dying and rising from the dead. Correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm a little out of, but to save mankind and spread his word, which The Disciple is doing.

From the latest disciple entry, I was thinking that maybe FATHER and MOTHER are the proffessor and his wife somehow, but I think it's just Kris trying to misdirect us. Creepy idea, though, if whatever altered them left them with the bare essentinals of what we assume to be men and women (men = agressive, women = more empathatic and understanding). If the disciple is their child, maybe whatever altered them into what they are wasn't successful and he still had a lot of his humanity left in him, hence being imperfect and sinful. Maybe he's SON, sent to warn mankind0 because Jesus, despite being the son of God and being all brilliant, suffered from all the temptations of man and isn't 'perfect'. The disciple does show some momments of being borderline normal (at least) and his faith isn't 100% concetrete, despite his attempts to reassure us that it is.

Hmm...I was thinking about that, but I don't think he is. Unless the disciple is Kyle's older brother? Wierd how they haven't, although given the, it and that. That said, re-reading, it does feel kind of 'big brotherly' rather then a. He hasn't been in contact with Kyle and doesn't want anything to do with the rest of his family. Perhaps, his parents, after being converted, contacted him somehow, converted him as much as they could over the distance his mind and told him that his brothers and sisters weren't worthy of their time and he's been working to their agenda for all this time? Disciple seems clearly annoyed that Kyle is worthy of, and is worried about, much akin to sibling rivarly. In his reply to one of the questions on the tumblr about why, he did say 'To be honest I enjoy seeing the little bug squirm' feels very much like an older brother hitting his younger brother or teasing him (albiet in a friendly way) I do put it down more to his child-like mentality though, but you could be right....
