I've been trying to piece together the text portion of the DVD cover, but I really have to stop now (think I'm giving myself RSI...). Here's what I've got so far, in case anyone feels like continuing where I laid off...

I deleted all the squares that had no text in them, to free up space, so there's a lot missing. But all the text is there, just not necessarily in the right order. (<- if anyone gets what I'm referencing, you get a cyber cookie.)

That should be all of the text on the back cover. It looks like I've mixed up some of the parts of the two "commentary"s and I have no idea what that ____ WORK is supposed to be, so if anyone can get a better image of that section that would be awesome.

(There are no pieces to fill in that massive gap. It's possible I made some sort of mistake and am missing pieces, but I highly doubt it.)
