 		Weaving a very nice history here with the nazis and ancient Egypt stuff. It looks like an actual "history channel" type show with stock footage taken from all over the place - I could actually see the immersion breaking link being where the footage is coming from IG. "we don't have actual pictures of the experiment so here is some random medical footage."

Reminds me of so many other series use the German connection...This basically is telling us how the Slenderman got to the US - how it followed Grandfather Karl over from WW II. Also it is definitely going along the angle of multiple slender-men.

 		I'm not sure if I like this origin story or not-I mean, the idea of Slendy being a dead person, a ghost or something summoned by this rite. They mentioned another dimention too, and somehow, that appeals to me much more then a "ghost".

Here's hoping that's what it is Neutral

Also, AAAAAAA SO GOOD It's like a legitimate episode of somethin on early History channel

I love the story these lads are weaving in that they are forging their own road and departing from the "norm" and fleshing things out,while still keeping a modicum of the original mythos.I think the way they go about things and their story,editing,effects and realism is top-notch,even when others have not agreed in certain instances.This series still leaves enough room for MY interpretation and enough room for questioning to make me accept certain things that I might not initially "like".
It's also the one vlog to pretty much continuously keep me on the edge of my seat and nail-biting with suspense,and I am 46 years old and a very hard sell. Wink
But I can see your point as far as them introducing things that may go against the Slendy Mythos grain--I feel that sometimes myself--not only with them--but other series,as well...
