Does anyone else think that there was no phone call from Jessie to Evan, or that if there was, Evan falsified the majority of it? Think about it: He's the only one to actually have access to the phone (and therefore, Jessie's dialogue, assuming there is any), and he presents the "emergency scenario" to the others, thus allowing him to run into the house first, alone and with a knife. Nobody observes whatever altercation resulted in Jessie's death, oh yeah, besides EVAN and the deceased (and maybe the Rake). He comes outside, once again tells the others what happened without providing evidence, and is covered with an unexplained quantity of blood. Not only that, but he OBJECTS to Vince observing the crime scene and uploading the footage of it.
