Take each letter's row and follow it's colors along the path. Make sure to adhere to the rules (sticking at the squares with the dots until you get the next color; following the shortcuts). Letters that make it to the end:

TDPIUS - anagrams to STUPID.

Ah, cool. Which board did you use?

We need answers to the stuff in:

http://www.inio.org/bees/10-22/figure-hidden.wav

Anybody looked into it?
I'll add the transcript here in a sec:

If you could give the Queen another nickname, what would it be? -- Lt. Origen -- P???

What's something that you should never do with glue? -- McDonald Heard -- E???

Name your favorite birthday cake flavor! -- MadCow -- Rainbow

If you had to have a number of toes other than ten, what would you pick? -- John Galt -- S???

What would you call the scariest face you could make? -- EB -- Oogie Boogie

What's the best way to cure hiccups? -- Victor -- N???

What's the furthest that you've ever been from home? -- jaysailor -- Arkansas

And the Happy Birthday gets an L

(end of wav)

EDIT: added transcript, added Alabama, added letters from the solve below to demonstrate what's going on, changed Alabama to Arkansas Smile

He's never posted it, but just got ahold of him on the phone:

Name of MadCow's favorite birthday cake flavor = rainbow

From here, eb said that the scariest face answer was an "oogie boogie face".

CAT Lynx

I think this is what the first letters of the answers will spell, but what does it mean?

Leftbrained found http://www.ilovebees.com/outbound/personal_calls.wav

here's my notes:

C horse 5 legs (alec) = Chester
A worse vegie icecream (clayfoot) = Artichoke or asparagus?
L happy *
L happy *
S pet (icydragon) = (unknown, guessed the letter)

P queen nickname (Lt.Origin) = (unknown, guessed the letter)
E never do with glue (donaldherd) = Eat it
R cake flavor (madcow) = Rainbow
S toes (johngalt) = (unknown, guessed the letter)
O scaryface (EV) = Oogie boogie
S hiccups (victor) = (unknown, guessed sugar)
A farthest from home (jasontaylor) = Alabama or arkansas
L happy *

explanation coming...

the * are the Lynx, Lollipop, and Laughs from the text clue, and the 'happy' are the 3 times the singing occurred.

Is the spec we are trying to find the answer by the person she listed?
Because I find one answer, through the use of the handy-dandy [search] tool, here, where Zudini reports that a cure for hiccups is a scare:

http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=90401&highlight=hiccups#90401

and eb reported the answer "bossy" for the Queen question here:

http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=90817&highlight=another+name+queen#90817

erm - nevermind.
