It looks like a cart to me. You can see wheels attached to the side.

Plus a handle extending out the back.

OH WTF..back to the "lots of paintings of wooded areas" painting. It's woods and misty and a path. If you follow the path back, where it disappears into the mist, there is a figure on the path. One that looks....familiar.
I do think it is a person's figure (person?) and not a tree, since it is in the middle of where the path disappears.

Eh, probably nothing but...
