The only things considered "canon" to the marble hornets stories are the "entry" videos posted by marblehornets or totheark on youtube, and @marblehornets twitter updates.

Slender Man is the concept, whereas The Operator takes the concept into a full character.

Marble Hornets is unrelated to any other Slender Man ARG on the internet, it is it's own self contained story. The author of Just Another Fool once contacted them about a story merge, but they declined.

Unless it is directly referenced on one of the following, the only things considered part of the series are the MH youtube channel, the TTA youtube channel and the MH twitter.

Not sure if this is an appropriate place to post this but can I just say that between the "Big Three" this week has GOT to be one of the most intense chapters in The Slenderverse--if not THE most--and I am LOVING IT!
