There appears to be someone sitting in the back seat of the car, and someone walking behind it as well...

So the rake telling Alex about what happened at Jessie's is the reason he got Jeff an airhorn, perhaps? It seemed a bit prophetic.

Is this a timeslip video? Our slender friend is watching Vinnie get up in the beginning.

Oh, this is just so depressing....

edit: It almost looks like the person in the back has a camera. When Vin looks in the rearview mirror, it blurs out, then Vin gets all panicky.
Also, I'm not sure about the figure walking behind the car now...

Not seeing anyone in the back seat when he gets in the car and looks in the rearview. The "we're lost" parts before that imply it, though. Really high perspective too, perhaps Slenderman repeating his backseat trick from Healthy Eating?

The sound we hear the end of as Vinnie runs back to the SUV: The oft-mentioned but rarely heard Slender-siren, or Jeff's air horn?

And try as I might, I cannot think of any reason for Slenderman to shave Vinnie like that...

Just watched it... thoughts:

First of all, a lot of general confusion, but I'll push past it.

The Rake has been telling Alex things, giving him prophetic dreams.

The part with the blurry, static-filled shot (around 2:35) reminded me of the spy cameras, which makes me wonder if they're able to see that part of the video. I'm even more inclined to believe it because Vinnie turns the camera off when Alex starts talking about interesting things.

We really need an explanation for that black stuff soon. Especially as it now ties in to the mystery of Alex.

I think there's more to the beard issue than the obvious. I just don't know exactly what that means and I'm not going to speak on it unless I get some handle on what I'm thinking.

The obvious answer to the rest of what we saw is obvious: Alex gets the distort-o mini-montage, so he's dead and in that bag. But between the beard issue, the circumstances and so on I'm not totally sure I can trust that. There's also the question of why the Rake told Alex anything, if they only wanted him dead. Or was he playing with his food?

The other awful scenario I can instantly come up with is, well, we take the driving off-course, the black shit Vinnie coughs up and the slime trail leading off the road, the bag in the trees, the lost time and do the math. Not difficult.

The Rake modus operandi usually involves whispering "truths" into the ears of its victims, telling them their fate is inevitable. So, yes, that is normal behavior for the Rake. As for the black gunk coming from Vinnie... likely. I'll have to watch it again myself. I'm on campus atm.

The "siren" thing, the black bile, the beard. It all says time warp to me. For now I can only huddle next to the theory that Slenderman is trying to get them to "Point 0", which is only the four.
I am really interested about the Rake talking to Alex though. True it is "canon" for the creepypasta, but I doubt that should just be taken for granted. I have never been on board the "Rake is HABIT" train, and I'm not now, but it is really interesting that the Rake not only is cognizant of the events about to unfold, but possibly has its own wants. It might be time to re-inspect the claims that Rake was once whispering "BROTHER"- time loop Jeff? Just planting a tiny, Charlie Brown Christmas kind of tree.
"Thousand Mile Stare" theory now- the floating camera in the back of the car was way too high to be some hidden camera. At least it would have been seen. I seriously think that Slenderman was in the car, and somehow what He was seeing was burned onto the camera's memory? That is probably something He can do, involuntarily or not.

I don't know about unreliable narrator- it's definitely possible- but I am wondering if there was a little cut out for other reasons? It probably is in its entirety as we see it, especially considering they've been having a big push to stop keeping things from us (ostensibly?). Just the same, it feels like there is just a tiny piece missing.
As for Alex, I'm sort of beginning to accept that he's dead. Not completely, but that's probably just denial.
Either way, what now? Has anyone sent an email?
