I asked about whatever news his mom gave him on Livestream, not expecting a cut-and-dry answer, but...

Wouldn't bill be the one with the Maxwell last name, since he's the father.

 		Considering both of Mary's husbands are now deceased, and her sister's husband, Bill, seems to have no relevancy in the story, I wonder if he is also dead. Kind of like all relationships outside of the family's blood end up dying.
