So I got my DVD today. There will be spoilers on disc content in this post. I haven't listened to the commentary/watched the foley work / twitter things. I'm only going to post my "cons" since everything else is clearly a pro. The disc 1 menu is soooo cool. I haven't been able to find any "hidden secrets" on the dvd other than in disc 2 if you scroll up towards the middle of a pipe you can see the operator symbol appear and it leads to the MH trailer. (Btw, in the trailer tim mentions something like "whenever i'm around people i feel like i put on a mask to hide away")

- I was expecting a little more with the presentation of the package, I can't even tell what i'm looking at under the first disc, and the discs are basically the same as the season 1 dvd's. The inside art has a picture of tims mask on the left with the "wake up" thing from the twitter picture , what looks like... crutches? in the middle, and on the right just a pill bottle. I feel that the choices for the image content could have been way better for the second and third flaps. There's also a "0000000" on the bottom of the middle flap, but its clearly just for show and not interpretation. The inside is basically all Tim and no operator/alex/jay, which I thought was kind of weird.

- Both of my discs were disloged from their placeholders when I opened it. I really don't care about things like that though, and I don't think it's their fault. Also an absurd amount of deep scratches in the disc case, but again, i'm not holding them responsible. probably just happened while in transit.

- Entries are sort of clusterfucked in disc 1's menu, but it's not hard to find any of them. At least they put the TTA videos after the specific entries.

- Only one deleted scene, and maybe it's just me but it was very meh and the operator apperance was so fast that i had to freeze frame it to see it (although new marble hornets was nice to see). Also they said it wasn't canon. Was really hoping for more in the form of new content.

- Advertising for the season 1 dvd on the back of the case. I get the point of it, but it irks me when advertising is on a dvd case

- Same as the s1 DVD, the front flap doesn't stay closed but that's not their fault

- The 2 on the side of the DVD is in plain text and really looks awkward

In summary: Even though I have more cons than pros, it's definitely worth your $14 or whatever it was. It's a better package than the season 1 DVD overall, and most of my complaints were just from high expectations that shouldn't have been as high as they were.

they most likely will (if troy wants to that's enough to go on) but i doubt they'll make it crazy. troy's already stated that if they do do it that it won't have extra content not already on the dvds just bc people bought the set. it'll probably be all 3 dvds in one case, or just the 3 dvds sold for a discount.

The commentary was so great this time. They stayed on topic yet remained funny, but it did get lagged occasionally. Also.

Didn't get mine yet, sadly, and I was having an F5 party on the shop page in the wee hours that morning. Then again the mail service hates me despite all the business I give them, and I have never gotten a parcel in a timely manner.

That's really weird if you're in the US. I'm literally on the other side of the country almost as far as you can be and got mine today. Most of you in the US will probably get yours tmrw

i lost it when they started talking about the cyber hawk from entry 43

also troy asks joseph if "0 is a number" right after the end of inquiry, and joseph kind of hesitates to respond and redirects troy.

lots of little inferences i'm making based on the commentary but I don't know if I should be
