Wildfire Industries continues onwards as Avarice Industries
In other words, I made an RPG. It's not an ARG, but it's a game.

Hey everyone... been a bit of a long time. I hope everyone has been well, and I hope the games recently have been good. ^_^

So if you actually remember who I am, congratulations! You were probably here a long time ago. However, for those of you who do not know I am, I'm Seraphina (Formerly Colin) Brennan, the old puppetmaster of Wildfire Industries/Synagoga and Project Gateway. (Both games are stored down in the archives section. Very Happy) It's a pleasure to meet everyone! ^_^

So, I'm actually here for two reasons. First of all, I wanted everyone here to know that I'm actually continuing the world of Wildfire Industries, but not as a ARG. I've teamed up with a friend of mine from college to create Avarice Industries -- a pen and paper roleplaying game that takes the world of Wildfire Industries and transforms it into an extended roleplaying setting. A lot has changed in the world since it was last showcased in the ARG, so I'm not going to sit here and explain it all. Instead, I'd rather just point you to our website and our Kickstarter project, which fully explain what's going on.

The second, and more important reason, is that I'm looking for old Wildfire Industries/Synagoga players. In creating this brand new RPG, I've been commissioning a whole bunch of art for all of the characters. One of the characters though... was a bit near and dear to people around here. Synagoga herself.

So, there she is. As a big thank you, I'm making up special posters of her, and I'd like to send these posters for free (absolutely, 100% free) to any of my former players as a way of saying "thank you for playing all those years ago." I want to keep these posters exclusive to the ARG community, so they're not going to be available in any other way.

Because of my work here in ARGs, I became interested in the gaming industry. Because of that, I shot for (and got a job) writing for a gaming website. And, after that, I ended up in my current position with a large video game developer as a Community Manager. It's all thanks to this amazing community and these fantastic games.

So, I wanted to thank everyone with something beyond just saying thank you. Here it is.

If you did play my games all those years ago, just shoot me a PM with your mailing address and I'll let you know when I get them in and send them out.
