I had a moment to pause and think about this one and realize tiday is Feb .29.... So essentially, it's 11x4 which is 44... So he's 44 today, they're just making fun of the fact that he's born on feb29... Which only comes every 4 years....

I'm probably stretching things, but I can't help but wonder if the quotes imply the futility of trying to prevent the catastrophe with the cycles. BI's quote fits with how the previous cycles continued to fail after the first cycle. DC's quote, which I interpreted as focusing on what could have been done differently in the past as opposed to looking at what can be done in the future, seems to reinforce the cyclical nature of what's happening. I'm not sure how KE would fit if this is the case, but it does remind me of a season 1 file that mentioned breaking the universe by trying to do something without energy.

I also asked if they were a recent addition to FAILTECH to which she (at least I think the name looks feminine) replied:

 		Hey everyone. I got kind of behind on this one back in episode 4 maybe. I have been following your posts this whole time just not participating in any way. I had too much going on to really follow the story and keep up with the heavy interaction. Now that the first season has ended I've decided to jump back in and start fresh...if you'll have me. Smile I am sending an email to Inno Ellis to see where this goes.

I emailed Inno as well. I guess this has something to do with the counter and the join Failtech recruitment page?

I also emailed Genus asking about this development and the fate of the pod child.

There have been a lot of updates on Facebook and Twitter lately. There is almost more going on now that right in the middle of some of the other episodes. Failtech is growing by quantum leaps and bounds!
