I just found the hotel last night, so I'll just quote over the post from the other topic...

So I was watching Entry #26, and I noticed that when Jay looks out the window, it's night and there are buildings across the street. I noticed, "hmmm, those buildings look familiar." It turns out they're the same buildings that are across the street from the hotel in Season 2, as seen in Entry 27 and Entry 52. So the hotel at the beginning of #26 is the same one used in Season 2.

From this, I thought "hey, one of the places across the street looks like a car dealership. I wonder if I can use this to find the hotel in Tuscaloosa that they used in Season 2?" And so I went on Google Maps, typed in "car dealerships", and found one with a picture of the front of it, which matched the facade of the one seen in the entries.

And across the street... is the hotel.

Jay: "Meet me at the hotel on SKYLAND AND MACFARLAND"

Also, Rosswood Park is Munny Sokol Park, but I don't know if that includes the tunnel or not. 'Pretty sure that the chimney and the barn are not part of the park either.

Other people have found the red tower, and where the building that Seth "died" in used to be, but I dunno where they are myself.

If you go to AL, would you be so kind and take photos of locations like what the Breaking Bad Locations project has done? Very Happy

This is why you should read the first post:

I know theres already a thread sort of like this so please dont flame me for posting a new one, I figured this would be easier than trying to get more people to post in the old one.

On-Topic: The building that Seth "died" in was the Queen City Pool House. It was recently renovated into a train museum or something, so don't bother looking for it.

The Shed

I found The Shed where Alex holds the gun at Jay and Jessica and Timmy grabs him from behind.

That certainly looks like it, though I'm a bit surprised that a (seemingly abandoned?) shed lies right in the middle of a public park.

And it looks like "the tunnel" could be under the road just south of it. See those rocks on either side of the road?

edit: oh yeah, that's definitely the tunnel. And if you go further south, you can find the gravel pile, near where Alex parked his car in Entries #43 and #48.

Right under the tunnel (bit south) is the overgrowth Alex goes under to meet with Slendy.

"edit" I'm pretty sure the shed is for lumber for the farm/lumbermill/whatever that is more to the south.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the location of the bathhouse in one of the original entries was discovered in the original thread, yes? I formally request that a mod merge the two threads so we can have them both!

Jay: "Meet me at the hotel on SKYLAND AND MACFARLAND"

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that this is the hotel from S2:

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=candlewood+suites&hl=en&ll=33.167784,-87.527164&spn=0.001307,0.002411&sll=33.16731,-87.527862&sspn=0.002461,0.005284&hq=candlewood+suites&t=h&z=19&layer=c&cbll=33.16778,-87.527163&panoid=NNtm0wNs3Jm-_mf14cx72Q&cbp=12,174.93,,0,6.71

Good thread, btw. Also, keep in mind that the entire Tuscaloosa is visible in street view. Here's the only location I know that wasn't named yet:

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=candlewood+suites&hl=en&ll=33.266261,-87.505163&spn=0.010944,0.01929&sll=33.16731,-87.527862&sspn=0.002461,0.005284&hq=candlewood+suites&t=h&layer=c&cbll=33.266261,-87.505163&panoid=AjGHlFQqKb7XUwI-CO2pDw&cbp=12,323.06,,0,8.01&z=16

EDIT: Oh, and here's the Red Tower:

http://maps.google.lv/maps?q=33%C2%B020%2757.70%22N+86%C2%B043%2715.09%22W+&hl=ru&ie=UTF8&ll=33.348562,-86.729406&spn=0.002716,0.004823&sll=33.297534,-87.674332&sspn=0.043474,0.077162&t=h&z=18

Wow, I've wanted to know where the tunnel is for a while. This is fantastic news. And then when I'm done hanging out in it, I can go stay at the Slenderhotel? Rock the fuck on.

I think I found the place in the latest TTA video. Just south of the roads, near where it opens to the main streets. It's next to where it says "Munny Sokol Park"
