I feel like the first two are true. MH has lackluster characters, but a solid plotline, and its original videos had such a shock factor, that they influenced the entire genre to come. While EMH has much more engaging characters, and a lot more of them, which really helps immersion. EMH directly interacts with the watchers as an ARG, unlike MH, making the whole thing feel even more expansive and immersive than it already is (the thing has its own mythos at this point).

TT, however, is a different story. The first few videos weren't markedly different from MH... And even though the series has switched gears completely, having us fall in love with Noah again and again, whereas MH gives us a rather unintelligent vehicle for the watcher, it still feels like a supplement to the other two. I enjoy following it, though, especially as it edges closer to the "mythos" feel that EMH has.

I really want to learn more about the Collective, they're neat.
