I thought that they thought that "Tim" was actually the Operator...that's always been interpretation of the scene.

 		At the beginning of the scene, Alex says "he'll move", suggesting that they saw the Operator standing there this whole time, even though he's not on-camera until the end. I dunno why they would assume he's just some bystander, AND THEN all of a sudden think he's Tim.

Right, cause stocky, sideburned Tim looks just like a tall, skinny, faceless, suit-wearing eldritch horror.

Alex probably greeted Tim, realized the shoot needed to occur now that the entire cast was there, and went to move slendy out of the shoot.

MB is back!

Not a great entry (not because lack of a SM visit, just is what it is). So clearly the discussion is Tim lying or really not remembering what happened. I'm guessing his mental health clinic visits may be an indication that he believes he's mentally ill and getting help. I wouldn't be surprised to learn he admits to J he woke up in the abandoned house with his leg injury and didn't know how it happened.

 		here's my two cents


tim wasn't mind wiped, he just simply wasn't filming himself and didn't know what was happening to him. one entry jay gets out of his bed and walks away and ends up in brians house staring up at slendy for 3 hours. i think that the same kind of "sleepwalking" instance was happening with tim. perhaps this is why hoody puts jays camera back in his car

i'd also like to think that slendy can't do any harm by himself, he needs someone else to do it for him. all he can do is screw with peoples minds

So...Tim's a student, still going to school. This is interesting, if it's true. It suggests that he has enough of a regular presence to still be attending glasses, probably, and so he's in control of the Timness of himself, even through times when we know he's been Masky at least some of the time. Perhaps it's a smokescreen, though. Hmm, do we know what year they were in when they were shooting Marble Hornets? I'm assuming since it was a student project that they started, at earliest, in the summer before sophomore year, perhaps later, which means that Tim's graduation has been delayed, probably. I dunno, I might just be thinking too much. Very Happy

now that i think about it

they were filming in 2006. did they ever officially say it was a college project? that was almost 6 years ago. the "1985" that jay tried on the hotel safe to me implies that he was born in 85.

but really, not everything needs to be analyzed to that level. i don't think it's important that tim is in school or not, i think they just wanted him to have an answer when jay asked what he was up to

Introduction, 0:14. It's practically the first thing we hear about Alex, that he's a "college friend" of Jay's and that in 2006 he was filming his "student film", Marble Hornets.

OOG, Troy just finished college in December, so it's perfectly plausible for people to be in college for 6+ years, with people switching majors, taking semesters off for work, etc.

 		Jay and Alex: Gives Alex his number and never gets called until hella later with little to no helpful info.

Jay and Tim: Gives Tim his number and is called back later that day with TAPES.

Gotta say, Tim: 1, Alex: 0

Can't wait to see Tim perspective videos, it could tie into why he was filming Jay go to his car in that one TTA video.

But he was still limping in the last ToTheArk video, which was only four months ago.

And, even if he did go to the doctor, he should still have some sort of limp. I mean, Alex crushed it with a rock.


[EDIT]: It looks like a lot of people are saying it's psychosomatic or that he got better via Slendysuperpowers, but I rather like the idea that the Timnesia is a result of his multiple personality disorder, which could mean it's a personality-specific psychosomatic limp. And stranger things have happened with Multiple Personality Disorder in real life. And I like saying "personality-specific psychosomatic limp."
