I'm saying this now and holding to it until we have evidence to the contrary:
This is Hoodie, leader of Totheark and known as Brian. Both he and Tim lived through #51 and now want revenge on Alex.
Tim was attacked by the Operator in the hotel during Jessica's disappearance, most likely because he attacked Alex and the Operator is quite possessive of Mr. Kralie.
Hoodie managed to hide from the OP through ~~running while dropping snacks~~ whatever totheark magic they have and is running the channel solo.
Also, Brian has the ark. Totally. Wink

Okay, so I'm stupid

I thought the person looking in the window was Tim for some reason, but now it's really obvious that it's Jay.

So yeah, TTA is just mocking Jay again.

The whole "I have not forgotten" thing could either be an extremely literal message from Tim (who hasn't lost his memory after all), or a reminder that even though Tim doesn't remember TTA, it still exists in full force.

I don't get the feeling that Tim is lying about his memory loss, but it's definitely plausible that he is. Just seems like he wouldn't be going to a mental hospital and having normal conversations if he was still running around at night with a mask on.

I think Tim and Jay will start to watch more old videos from MH, and Brian will continue posting TTA videos as Tim regains his memory from watching the tapes.

hair is too short to be jessica. it actually makes me think, tim didn't have the symbol over his face so maybe tim was never under operator control

i think the order of the faces is jay, brian, don't know who the third one could even be (they have short hair), and tim

the video points to the part of the brain that stores memory iirc. for totheark to ask tim "who are you" could be one of two things: one, tta really doesn't know tim, or two (more likely) tta is saying tim doesn't remember his alternate identity
