 		Maybe some connection in the son of Prometheus. Saw some guy post on the facebook uk photo.

Sisyphus's (one of the 7 sisters) father was Aeolus.
Aeolus' father was Hellen.
Hellen's father was Deucalion.
Deucalion was the son of Prometheus

Some interesting points...

He and is wife were the only survivors of the Sumerian flood. Which has the connection to eridu.

Re-populated earth aged 82 (maybe the age of Peter Weyland in Prometheus) and also the re-populating could be a reference to space jockey's helping create humans?

I dunno just some wild theories.

Not to point out the obvious, but the website is meant to facilitate Email contact with the owner. If you copy the email address embedded in the site then paste it into a text window of your choosing, you get this: infoSPLATweylandcorp.com
I have yet to email it to discover what it holds, but I will shortly and I will disclose my findings here.
However, we need to know if weylandcorp.com is tied to the ARG. To do so I have compared the domain details of weylandindustries.com to that of weylandcorp.com.

It's just odd that they'd lead us to two separate hidden pages that look the same. It's been noted that the G+ count is greater on one but this is just down to the time of discovery. I wondered if there was a way, via Java, to see whether they refer to the same password database.

The plugins.js and script.js files are exactly the same, I'll check the others but don't expect and difference.

if you ask me, these are nothing to do with Fox - none have the terms and conditions or privacy policies in place. metropolis13 for example links to skyrocket's email for info. This just looks like someone cybersquatting, trying to see if fox will contact with a request to buy the domains off them.

 		I have emailed both http://weylandcorp.com and http://www.yutanicorp.com/ despite the fact that it is doubtful they are official or affiliated sites.

I thought I'd email anyway just to give some respite from trying to work out the unworkoutable password.

I'll update if and when I hear back (though I did email last week and still nothing back).

what sites have the unworkoutable password?

We need to find out what other sites are being hosted by the company that is doing the ARG, I know weyland Industries is hosted by fox, are there any other sites hosted by fox that relate to the ARG?
This will help us create a list of sites that will be used in the ARG, in Inserted Evil doing this helped us solve several clues before they even dropped. This could prove infinitely valuable to us.

We also need to work on our organization.

The launch of David 8 was being advertised...

That's an interesting detail, Xanzul. Perhaps this has something to do with the actual password, the number of characters maybe.

EDIT: Wait, hold on: Is @UK_Prometheus an official account? And they posted a Pleiades picture? Now that's interesting, since the Pleiades are associated to the Titans and one of them, Merope, had an affair with Orion the Hunter. And there's also the Eridu link mentioned above by mreliminator. The link to Sisyphus is weak but it works, since Merope married Sisyphus (a mortal) and his family tree leads to Eridu.

 		Do we know if @UK_Prometheus is official?

They are using the hashtag #areyouseeingthis and have tweeted the picture of the Pleiades that IcedMetal posted earlier saying 'It's closer than you think...', so my hunch is that there's a clue actually within the trailer (supposing it is official) somewhere around that point.

Or I could be going insane after trying every word I can think of in relation to Greek mythology to try and get into that damn-ded database...

Anyone overlapped the original star map from the film onto the pleiades just to see if they map out at all? Im in work at the mo so only got access to online photoshop apps and they are failing bad
