Due to this, I now think that Bryan was in on the whole thing. As far as I can tell, he was looking pretty sinister towards the end as well. I think the reason Tim became Masky was because of them, and that Entry #51 was made after they broke Tim's leg.

What makes me curious is that in entry #15 Tim said he hardly knew alex, yet in this entry he's hanging out like they're best mates

Wow, this is going to be a great, great season. The characters feel real again and it's incredible. Two (technical) Slendy sightings in one video plus plenty of audio distortion, humor... just great

It's weird how Alex sort of has multiple personalities in this entry. He's more humorous originally and then when Slendy shows up it's like a dark cloud came over him.
I guess that darker personality consumed more and more of him as MH filming went on?

Just skimming the thread here because I was a bit hesitant to watch 54 when I should have been sleeping 7 hours ago and only got to it a few minutes ago, so forgive me if it's been mentioned...
Tim doesn't smoke in season one does he? This is something I doubt will ever be confirmed, but, given how much he smokes in the dvd extra trailer, is it possible slendy's effects to the noggin have convinced him he always smoked?
More likely than not Tim started smoking in real life and they thought it looked legit actor material, but it's nice to think we could even begin to guess at the way a person's memory resews itself after slendy rips the time flow up for em.

Since Jay doesn't know the sequence of the tapes he is watching now, we aren't able to tell how long Timmy Tims has had the camera with him.

They do all seem friendly and comfortable with each other at this point.

But Tim is already filming almost everything. He's filming them running in the rain, standing around soaking wet on the porch. He even carries the camera around with him in the dark.

Is he getting paranoid? Has he had "visits" before?

And has anyone asked Jay if he's been filming himself at night, yet? After all, he used to get little nightly "visits" from TTA himself, without remembering it in the morning... and now TTA is responding to him again...

Did anyone catch what was said directly after Tim said "...look so dramatic?" It definitely sounds as if something is said. And Alex's expression leads me to believe he knew this would happen, it reminded me of Entry 46, just before The Operator appeared then.
