One more thing: HABIT is again off-camera, so although Evan seems inHABITed near the end... I still got my problems with him being it. It's just a tad too... I dunno... obvious?

I don't really have much to add, but this was a great video. The acting and cinematography had me so creeped out. These guys are good filmmakers. Too bad I have no idea what happened....

Also someone asked when this video was uploaded. Did I hear Vinnie talk about Alan Wake coming out "A week or month ago. Time doesn't really make sense without sleeps." Alan Wake came out in 2010. What kind of timefuckery would that be? What if the entire series took place in a period of three months, and their universe is a much slower universe than the one we inhabit, but they can still talk to us through electronic means? I mean, clearly he's talking about new downloadable content, but it's still fun to think about. It's just what I thought when he mentioned Alan Wake. Had to rewind it.

Completely off-topic: Also, punxtr, I saw your submission to /r/mindcrack, and I knew that tumblr subdomain seemed familiar, but it wasn't until I saw your avatar that I connected it with you. BDubz is hilarious. Also, the Internets is a small place.

Would like to point out two things for everyone incase it hasn't been mentioned yet (can remember where I last left off on the thread).

1) In 24 months, Jeff's bloody hand from Dead End is in it.

2) This leads me to believe that Vince is the one we have the most evidence of being inHABITed, if not HABIT himself. He is the voyeur of the group. He's the one that owns the cameras, and ultimately the one who leads the group to in each situation. Jeff doesn't want the camera on him because anytime the camera is out, bad shit happens. Evan is starting catch on, and being as he's going to be a father, I think we're about to see his aggression on the group go to 11. He saw the camera light and prepared knowing that someone was going down. Why else would he have blatantly exposed himself on the camera like that at the end?

Quick question though, who was that at the top of the stairs who said "he's gotcha, man"? I can stand behind the time shift thing, but do we have any idea about who? I'm actually thinking that it could be referring to Vince. Vince handed Jeff the camera, Vince is the one who is hiding details from Jeff, and Jeff fell for it. On top of this, Vince is the one who just jumped on the next possible lead.... only after Jeff mentioned it. This makes it much more believable when Vince starts putting the thought of this is the lead they've been needing.

And one more thing for the Vince is the one that inHABITed, let's go back to the Seven Trials. Notice how HABIT wanted alot of the challenges on video. It's a Voyeurism trait. He wants to watch.

I don't think Jeff's dead. The note said "Don't worry, you won't bleed out." I think that means that HABIT wants Jeff on his side (could be supported by the fact that Nick said "He's got you") or he wants to kill him by some other method. And of course, the song is symbolic to their situation as usual.

That guy who was at the top of the starir was Nick, the guy who Evan apparently killed who was sent by HABIT to let Evan become inhabited.

As far as the Alan Wake reference goes, and the fact we've seen some of this episodes events so far, March 20th to be specific. That's a hell of a lot closer to February 22 as far as a month ago goes. This happened before the time that 24 months was posted. Going further into the idea of the Voyeur wants us to watch. He ends the episode in a cliffhanger, with the attempt to trick us in to believing that Evan is the bad guy.

When Vinnie first said he was answering emails, I didn't immediately smell a rat. I thought it was bizarre since we know damn well they haven't been, but I chalked it up to his being affected by some sort of influence (like Jeff's deletions) and not knowing better. Now I have no idea.

I believe sometimes a horse is a horse - I think Evan is HABIT's primary host, and I think he was on the prowl in the latest video. I also don't think Vin would or could have faked the events of the last several videos, or his resulting grief. But I have often found his constant managing of the situation and tech knowledge suspicious. So at this point I have no fucking idea what's going on. All people can do is try and talk to them - him? - I guess.

I also thought the "you won't bleed out" as being as much threat as promise.

I'm wondering if maybe HABIT is possibly playing with the EMH boys' iterations. We've already had hints that Vince has died once. Maybe HABIT is forcing re-iterations through these attacks?

Also, even if Jeff isn't dead (or re-iterated), then the attack is a great way for HABIT to delay any discoveries that Maryann is able to provide. And, of course, to give HABIT time to kill her.

As far as the Alan Wake thing goes, Vinnie did say he missed it with all the craziness. >_> It's not timefuckery, dude just has more important shit to do than play an Alan Wake download. Chill on the Alan Wake, folks.

Edit: I also don't think Vinnie is lying or trying to get them killed. He's a watcher, and it does say he'll be busy behind the scenes no matter how idle he appears on the surface.

I believe his desire to include Evan was genuine. They're all best friends, and I don't think Vinnie would willingly send one of his best friends to his death.
