I don't think the "you will lead me to death" bit necessarily means that totheark wants to die/ is going to die. Totheark might view TO as the source of death, meaning that "death" is code for slendy. Or the ark might be some sort of weapon, meaning that tta wants Jay to lead them to "TO's death".

Okay, wild theory time. After rewatching this for the third time, I noticed something. It might be possible that Alex may have more than one personality. We have the personality that has been associated with slenderman (in whatever way, be it from childhood or manifestation or operator influence or whatever) and then we have the Alex personality that is in TTA.

I only thought of this because:
1) The TTA personality would be blaming the other personality (in this case it would be Operator Alex) for causing all this trouble with the operator.
2) Mentioning that Jay will lead him to him... eh, that's where my theory falls apart I guess. I suppose that Alex's TTA personality would want Jay to find Alex's Operator personality, however. Because it would result in number 3.
3) When TTA says "lead me to death", that's when I thought of this. TTA must know that Jay is essentially on a bloodhunt for Alex, and Alex's TTA personality wants the Operator personality dead, even if it means his own end as well, given all the damage the other personality had done.

This theory may have some credibility due to the decay (haha!) of Alex's nicer personality in place of the meaner, deadlier one. But, like I said, it's just a theory. Besides, the dissociative identity disorder is getting a little overused in stories anyway.

Long time lurker, first post.

Has anyone tried running the spectrograph logarithmically? I remember reading once about the spectrograph image on an Aphex Twin track, and how when they tried it in a linear scale it looked like a deom head, but when they ran it logarithmically it evened the image out to look more even, I wonder if doing that will make the bottom words clearer, I don't have the knowhow to do it myself though.

Now then...

Clearly totheark is pissed beyond recognition, he/she/they are making good sense now. And clearly Alex is number one on the TTA hit list.

I believe this was brought up in another thread somewhere else, but it's worth reiterating. TTA wants Jay to be his guide, both to Alex and, well, to the ark. The Alex part makes sense, Jay wants to find him too. But why the ark? I think Jay has a lot of memory blanks that TTA is trying to call up, and those memory blanks have to do with this "ark" of which they speak. I'm inclined to agree with the theory that the ark is related to Rosswood forest and the evil fast-growing trees of doom.

If it is important (and I think it is, since much of Season 2 revolved around that forest), I'm curious to know if Jay had ever been there before, and that's part of his lost memory, or if I'm just grasping at straws. (probably the latter).

Speculation complete. I assume a dozen more posts have been made while I've been trying to make my slow computer keep up with my typing.

I really suspect that there might be something to those four "dots" at the bottom of the spectrograph. I don't know what, but I'd like for someone to examine it more closely.

I think it's just 4 dots at the bottom, trying to enhance it in GIMP, one looks odd, though it could just be a blip in the audio. otherwise they are as round as round can be.
