Alex either has the ark, or has access to it. And I'm willing to bet that the tunnel can be used as a portal to get there.

Hey I just wanted to point out two things that haven't been mentioned yet.
1) There appears to be the reflection of a person in the distance in the pupil of the eye at the end of the video.
2) Did anyone else notice that the clips totheark uses are in chronological order? (at least supposedly because jay's clips are in order and we know at least the first clip was the first to happen) Totheark has never used clips in a chronological order. He/she/they always organize them to prove a point or give a clue. Just a little thing I noticed while watching it again and again. Totheark might be giving us a little more of a clue as to what events happened when. (Just a hunch though)

Pardon, I'm on my phone so I can't properly credit sources and quote everyone, but...

1) With all this talk of the number 4 and it being a duality for death, at least partially rooted in the Japanese language (shi being both the number 4 and the word for death makes it unlucky, to the extent that some buildings number their floors 1, 2, 3, 5, etc. as to avoid the implications), when someone mentioned the eyes: The eyes are both seen at first, then after a flicker there's only one glowing eye. I'd seen it myself, but didn't pay much attention at first. Now after all the talk of Japanese superstitions I'm reminded of Daruma (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daruma_doll). They're generally sold with big white blank eyes. When you set a goal, you fill in (the pupil/iris of) one of the eyes, when you achieve it you fill in the other. This may be somehow metaphoric. Or, more likely, it's just an amusing anecdote.

2) The blips at the bottom of the hidden message. They don't look to be dots, more circles. But I don't believe for one second that they're just random unimportant design. YRS has a tendency towards the artistic flair in his videos, but the design elements are almost always towards chaos. The structured parts are always the code, always intentional and deliberate and meaningful. And the messages that we've seen hidden in the audio are always cut and dry after we've managed to find them. I like the thought that they look like candles, but all things considered, I honestly think their entire purpose is the continued reference to the number 4.

3) The messages. I'm of the belief that this is, quite blatantly, talking to Alex. Saying that Jay will lead TTA to Alex, to "death," to the ark. But I don't believe that the ark is something Alex has, or even has access to. I feel like the allusion of the word "ark" implies that the ark (since I doubt there's a giant boat out in the woods, this isn't LOST) is more of a transcendental state of salvation or a metaphor for heaven or something. Cheesy, yes, but considering this follows death (which somehow feels rather literal to me) in TTA's mental process, it kinda works for me.

4) Another round of who's-TTA: I think, maybe the TTA videos were made by the group before. It makes sense, especially with the whole signatures theory that was running around. But I don't think it's more than one person anymore. I think it's all Timasky's doing now. Maybe he speaks for the group, the group that's no longer there. Maybe he's deluded himself into thinking they're still with him, or he's decided to be the voice of those who are gone. Or maybe he's just talking for himself, since the multiple members of the ark was always just a theory to begin with.

5) Time for random throwings-out-there. When did we last see one of the bone closets? How many of them did we see? Do we know how old the characters are supposed to be in the story? I mean, there's only so many 4's we can pull out into the open for Alex, but I can still try. And the eye at the end of the video didn't really look like an eye to me, it looked like another eye-ish tunnel. But I'm also watching on my (rather 2D) phone, so it might just be the small screen.

At first I assumed this was directed at Jay, especially with the first line mirroring what Alex said in 52. But with the birthday comment now I'd have to agree this is for Alex (happy belated birthday Alex!). So if "You" is Alex, is "He" Jay?

The creepy eye-ish thing reminded me rather of the tunnel in the Basement of Doom. IIRC, said tunnel did look eerily like an eye, and contained water at the bottom, much like the image at the end of Decay seems to have a fluid level at the bottom half of it.

I'm in the mind that baldy is the hoodieless...uh, hoodie. And that hoodie is (a part of) tta (I'm sure that's already been agreed upon, can't quite remember.) As for his identity, I can't be certain. To me, I think it looks like a 2D drawing Troy made for this video.

One thing I AM certain of however, is that if/when baldy appears in the entries, I shall jump a mile.
