 		SPOILERS: File Matrix Reload
The file matrix has been reloaded.. Some files were apprently in an upload que and are now availabe.. prior to the upload the server had some down time and could not be accessed.. this is all logged in one of the files..

The new files uploaded are:

arcII.qnc
efluent.qnc
mara.qnc
raam.qnc
rama.qnc
raygat2.qnc
phenol.qnc
server.qnc
Ztime.qnc

I will not post the contents because that's just a waste of space.. you can access the file matrix as usual and take a look.

Of all the files, only 4 seem to be relevant:

mara.qnc, raam.qnc, and rama.qnc contain material related to "rama". As you will see when you read them, there are different rama's and any one or none could be relevant.

raygat2.qnc contains a 2 part code. The top part can be decrypted using the SAME key from raygat.qnc and will give us the following message from Ray Gatin, I added punctuation to make it easier to read:

I am a prisoner of my own company.

Family and friends believe me to be in deep cover assignment in Europe.

I believe the message below to be rama based due to the circumstances associated with its interception.

It could clear my name.

If this is the case forward the decipherd message to the one individual I trust but cannot contact until my innocence can be proven.

Before being moved to restriced lock down I placed this and the hopefully correct rama file in que for the next matrix upload.

If the message below is not rama based or does not clear my name I will remain in lock down and will try to contact you through other means.

The misstrim at qnd can be trusted.

Notice the last sentence.. I'm not sure if it's misstrim because I don't know what the means.. is it "miss trim"?? The actualy deciphered message is T HEMIS STRIM ATQND CANBE TRUST ED

I'll leave that for now and assume it's misstrimSPLATquantumnetworks.net, what do you think?


The bottom part of raygat2.qnc contains a number encrypted message.. it is a series of 693 groups of 3 digit numbers.. the number range from 001 to 287.. with the exception of ONE group which is 4 digits and is 3441.


The next step is to decipher this part as Ray requested using the Rama code.. I'll go play with it now and see what happens.. Perhaps the three rama files can add some insight into what the "code" might be.. Then send it away to misstrim..

It's themisstrim, if you look in QND messaging, it's one of the agent's username.

 		Could be that they just wanted to remove real names and use fake names... but I'm hoping that this actually is the "KEY", hence "KEY staff"... Since only mara.qnc is different from the original web site, maybe it includes the key..

also, what about the new code talked about in the new file arc2.qnc? is the code listed on this page any clues? i don't understand encryption, so i am slow on this stuff...
