The address is missing a street and a zip code and google doesn't come up with anything for Whispering Key Apartments. I'm sending the address to Jeremy.

I just realized that Scott could be the guy that James met with in his last video before he disappeared: http://youtu.be/RwZ2s5Q2T-I
In the video it seems like Scott was a fellow picker, though he's pretty sharp to send a coded message.

 		There is a response video to the "Just a short update" video called "MArs." It was uploaded yesterday by "Throughtheeyesoftime." There is a binary message for a frame that translates to

I put all of these into an anagram finder and the only phrase that I saw that might be of any importance was

Let's see what we can workout with that.

i was just looking at some other anagram type solutions and this one just kinda popped up and it seems to fit kinda what do you think?

But we should also keep in mind who "they" might refer to. It could refer to us, this arg has kinda broken the 4th wall alot.

Yeah... it could be Scott... but it was a response to Jeremy's last video. Jeremy was looking to talk to Scott in order to find James however he also mentions the shadow man in the car mirror too.

The preview image is obviously adjusted... I've tried to do the same to a few screen shots of frames... didn't get much from the journal or his face.
