 		Does anyone have an idea of what the numbers that change around the edges of the pictures as you move the cursor around could be? They are around the FB modules. I thought they might be pixel locations, but it looks like there are larger numbers than the pixel amounts.


About the trailers revealing the story- I still think when we see things like the Prometheus running into the alien ship- that's hard to interpret as something other than an attempt to stop the ship from going to the Earth. Don't know where that diagram above came from- but the lifeboat thingy made me think maybe someone could get away from the collision.

You see exactly this happen in the trailers. A pod ejects from the Prometheus as it rams towards the Derelict.

 		I did some enhancing on a high res copy of the mural image in the ampule room.

It wasn't immediately obvious, but two things here:

the humanoid figure to the right has a burst chest, to the right hand side, and there appears to be a creature growing from his right arm, where his forearm is attached to its head, and the creature is crouched down between its legs with arm folded in front. Its elbow has a long spike protruding from it, and it seems its eyes are closed.

The creature is very Gigeresque and would be right at home in any of the Necronomicon Giger books.

I thought at first that the arm was foreshortened and behind the creature's head, but I don't think so now; its clearly attached, as in, growing out of.

Wasnt this in one of the trailers? I clearly remember a scene where somebody had a worm in their eyes too and the scene where the doctor was holding one of the parasites on his finger. There was also a scene where a crewmember lifts a gooey object from an alien setting (either the planet or the alien spaceship) that suggests that the parasite comes from nonhuman origins.
