Is The Singing Moai game not opening for you guys? I click the link in the games sidebar, and the game redirects to the first Flying Saucer game.
The Bartndr post for today is: "Easter Island: It looks like someone came looking for something and left angry statutes because they were unhappy they didn't find it. Look closer and you might find some answers."
I assume you can only access the game by doing some secret action hinted at in the clue for today. I noticed they said "statutes", which I think could be important because that means laws or commandments. I don't think this is a typo. I'm kind of stumped though.

Second glyph Butterfinger game Josh or anybody who knows. What site do you go to to answer the question with Easter Island and then get awarded the second glyph?
To answer your question about the singing Moai, it is not working for me either it just loads the flying saucer game. I posted that on Butterfinger's site and asked Nate to "hack" Bar Tndr's site too and fix it lol. We will see what happens.

To get the second glyph (and see the messages about each puzzle) click the yellow icon on the left of the funforhumans page, which takes you to this link:
http://www.funforhumans.com/bartndr
I actually just liked your post a few minutes ago to bump it haha.

Looks like they finally fixed the game (and the "statutes" typo on /bartndr)
Beating level 21 (getting a score of 231) unlocked this glyph:
Which is not pictured in the background image.
So...if each glyph is supposed to represent 1 or 2 letters, what do the ones we have now mean?
EDIT: People have mentioned before that the glyphs bear no resemblance to actual Mayan glyphs. I disagree. Check out this page: http://www.ancientscripts.com/maya.html
I have a feeling the charts about a third of the way down have all the symbols we need. (Also, notice how the first chart only goes up to m, like the single frames from the video)
For example, the hand (top right) in the glyph that joshvand posted looks like "ma"

New image posted on the FB account. Call the phone number and get a recorded message. At the end there is Morse code that goes rather fast. Translates to:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
AZIMUTH
Doesn't seem like the address is real. As far as the image's origin, I'd say THIS is close.
ETA new sweet blogs too.

Nice work on the morse, MrToasty. That was way too fast for me to understand.
Meanwhile, the picture in the latest blog post has some text obscured by the light beam. It seems to be 3 or 4 words. The last word on the first line is definitely "DEACTIVATED," but I can't make out the others.

First word is FAILSAFE
ETA last word might be UNKNOWN but that's just a rough guess.

Nice one again, MrToasty.
Here's the glyph that's shown, just so we have them all in one place (I rotated it):

Looks like new diary pages should be up and a new entry on Bartndr, but the diary images aren't loading right now.
ETA Pages up now, looks like Mayan numbers.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
So, the numbers translate to:
51.178899
-1.826198
Guessing this is a lat/lon coordinate lands you at Stonehenge. Enter that and get the next glyph

Thanks MrToasty! I don't see the new page either, so I'm really appreciative that you've already solved it
You get this glyph:
And this text:
Quote:
You are right! Did you know that some people believe the ancient Druids were visited by extraterrestrials one winter solstice, and constructed Stonehenge in an effort to predict their next arrival from the celestial spheres? All you have to do is look closely to find out if this is true...
I think the fact that the coordinates were written using actual Mayan numbers is a clear indication that the glyphs are written using actual Mayan letters.
From this new glyph, I think the top part is "ya" and the bottom is "wi." So..."yawi"? Or "yaw," because I think they usually leave out the last vowel. Or...something along those lines?
The problem with using this method is that each glyph is only supposed to be 1 or 2 letters, but each glyph is composed of multiple 2 letter symbols...
EDIT: Also, the original glyph (the one that leads to /bartndr) looks like it contains "na." It's a pretty close match. I'm having trouble finding the other parts though...

Strange, I can still see the new pages...
I'm still wondering if there is more to that last ad image. That address doesn't seem to exist as far as I can tell.
New sweet blog as well.
ETA - even more sweet blog, with the full picture of the failsafe screen .
