Stayed at a hotel recently; I'm sure you can all guess the combination I used for the safe.

You know, I came home to find my apartment besieged by spiders, and I just realized why the original pictures of Slender Man freaked me out so much. BECAUSE HE LOOKS LIKE A GIANT FRIGGING SPIDER. No wonder I can't sleep...

Well, isn't it obvious? Clearly the government is secretly working for him and this is all just a way to feed him tasty, tasty children.

And clearly I need to go get some sleep. Razz

A coworker called my classroom this morning, and there was some weird distortion on the phone line. Not normal static...it sounded like she was talking through Slendy distortion. (She was just calling to say she had made coffee, which certainly made my day.) I asked if she heard anything on the phone, she said no, but that there had been problems lately with noise, static, and disconnects.

We have a crummy phone system that runs over the some part of the computer network, rather than being its own system, so it is quite mundanely explained. It still amused me greatly, though.

Although of note, is that I work in an elementary school. Going back to the original SA posts, that makes for a prime Slenderman target Razz Maybe one of these days I'll use that for some story fodder.

You know, my radio gets static randomly at night. I know how you feel there. Laughing

I'm always in my backyard in the evening and at night, and being that our property is surrounded by woods on two sides because we're at the end of the neighborhood (we live on the cold-a-sec), and I'm always looking for Slendy amongst the trees. Of course, the forests really aren't thick enough to spot anything significant, but it's still fun to pick out trees and such that I think could be mistaken for him.

More drastically, I've really lost some sleep on this freaking fandom. Only for a night, but it was as boring as tar to stay up for eight hours with nothing to do but think about how I couldn't sleep. I was fully aware of how rediculous I was being for letting this scare me to the extent it did, but everytime I closed my eyes, all I could see was an unnatuarlly vivid vision of Slendorator standing ominously over Alex's dead victim in the tunnle. Of course, that was accompanied by the memory of the obnixiously loud noise the camera had made with the audio distortions.

Every time I cough, I think I have Slendysickness.

Oh, and I've been daydreaming about Masky an awful lot. Ah, Masky.

I can only imagine the crippling paranoia Jay must go through. Sometimes in the middle of the night I go into the kitchen of my apartment and I freak out that slendy has somehow gotten in and is hiding in the living room. Jay must feel that paralysis everywhere he goes. It makes the character a lot more deep.

I honestly wonder how people like Jessica, Jay, and Alex are capapble of bathing and taking a piss when they know they're being stalked by somebody as mindflacking as Slenderator.

Marble Hornets was the series that got me addicted to Slender Man.In fact, after watching it,I was looking for Slender Man a lot.I got my friend into Slendy as well, and it's fun looking for him at night. So basically,Marble Hornets tied me to Slender Man as well.

I knew about the SM before I was told about Marble Hornets by one of my friends. Being only 13 this scares me, But I have a different opinion about Masky and Slender Man. SM obviously has a plan and hasn't really hurt anyone as much as he has set things in motion and observing. Masky on the other hand, A drug crazed, religious fanatic, who can never just walk around a corner but has to sprint continuously scaring the piss out of me is scary. He can be killed, but he is much more dangerous than slendy. I am the schools Occultist, highly interested in the real Illuminati and now the slender man.

I totally had a dream about Slendy last night. I think Tim was in it too, but in the form of an eight-year-old. In this vision of slumber, Slendy was actually his "guardian." Does it mean something? Shocked

So, our 19 month old has been waking up a lot lately and depriving my wife and me of sleep. On night last week, he started crying and shaking the crib bars and saying, "Scared! Scared!" When I went into his room and asked him what scared him, he said, "Shadows." That was odd since neither of his older siblings were ever afraid of shadows.

Then the other night he did the same thing. "Scared! Scared!" This time I went into his room and said, "What's wrong? What scared you?" He stared directly at his window and said, very clearly, "Arms! Arms!"
