If you list the known answers sequentially then you have the makings of a phrase. This may give an idea of the tone of answer #2 or the words we're looking for.
Position plays a part in some aspects of rune-casting and changes some of the meanings of the runes, although this line of inquiry could be quite subjective to interpretation.

Hey all..
If the symbol in the center is of the Celtic Cross (Odin's cross/The Sun..), then I think of fortune telling. The Celtic Cross is used in tarot and runes. The runes almost look to be in a formation like that. Maybe the letters are supposed to be read in a different direction?
I was hoping for a phrase to pop out, but it didn't, when looking up the individual rune translations - Livestock/Wealth, Torch, Fame/honor, Thorn/Giant, god/ash, Possession, Estate/Heritage, Joy, Sun, Need, Rain/Water.
Just throwing it out there.
The other day, before they corrected the Braille on Puzzle 1, I figured the last symbol in the hieroglyphic was suppose to represent Orobas. I even submitted "Fear Orobas" as an answer. In "The Lesser Key of Solomon" Orobas is one of the 72 Demons of Goetia. If you read about him here , he sounds very much like a "Fortune Teller".

With the sun symbol in the centre and the runes 'orbiting' I'm thinking a planetary link. I'd prefer astronomy but wouldn't rule out astrology given we have 12 runes and possibly spatial quadrants.

At 09 there is some script that I thought at first might be runes, but just seems to be indecipherable

There is still one Orobas puzzle that remains unsolved. If we get more twitter followers we'll post some clues.

Lovely Molly Transmedia Team here -- 4 of the 5 Puzzles have been solved. And we've collected the addresses of the top 5 prize solvers for each, most of who I see in this very thread.
Other SOLVERS will be contacted with a 'web-prize' very soon.
However, one of Orobas's puzzles remains completely unsolved.
We are going to release some hints on Twitter as soon as we get some more followers on @LovelyMollyFilm

pssst, as a reminder, the people behind a game are not supposed to be posting in our threads for that game.
that being said, thanks again for the lovely puzzles, and we all look forward to putting that last puzzle to rest with some fresh clues. Here's a handy-dandy linky-winky to the feed.

I noticed their new tweet today:
Quote:
Orobas: Not all my runes have the meaning you seek.
well, i think we all suspected as much, but it is good to confirm that as a dead end. (no pun intended?)
If you do visit the Twitter, you'll also find a video* link which reveals "a taste of 'The ARG That Could've Been'," which probably means this is as far as the ride will take us, for now. (*video unavailable in Canada?)
personally I'm enjoying the background film vignettes on the Descent into Depravity site a lot. (note: the flash is taking longer to load today, for me for some reason)
SO! about those runes... I did go briefly down the path of taking them as simple substitution, but that's difficult with only one repeated symbol. I came up with UNFICTIONERS as a jest.

I thought the hint was pretty cryptic. I think it could mean that the solution is still a direction translation of the runes, but perhaps we need to eliminate some of the characters.
I thought maybe it had something to do with a shape or the arrangement of the runes. But that got me nowhere. Just trying to anagram the rune translations into different words is almost impossible without knowing the method for eliminating certain characters. There are several possibilities that seem kind of promising, but it's too hard to say for sure.

Well, that certainly cleared things up! (Sheldon: Was that sarcasm? Penny: No. Sheldon: Was that sarcasm? Penny: Yes .)

ARGNet posted an article revealing a documentary style look at what could have been a potentially great alternate reality game for Lovely Molly.

Unfortunately the video is region-locked to the US.
But, thanks to an anonymous accomplice (not argn), I've uploaded a mirror of the youtube video if you're unable to watch it outside of the US. Watch it before it's taken down
The ARG that could have been... *sigh*

Still trying to brainstorm this. I'm leaning more towards the shape theory now (or i was before that new tweet came in) . I played with mirroring the arrangement around the central target, and rotating as well, but the best case I got was this one. It felt like I was on the right track -- but just as I was posting my reply, the new tweet was posted. So maybe joshvand was correct about eliminating runes after all.
