I'm assuming that was Xakk filming. Also, I wonder who the girl was. I don't think I've seen her before, maybe she's a slendy pawn?

about this crossover between 5zer02 and blacknoise0, I found that the setting in the beginning of the new 5zer02 video is very likely the same place tyler is shown around the 2 minute mark during tyler-#2

the tables look to be the same and the beams supporting the pavilion as well.

This more recent stuff basically confirms what I thought back when the BlackNoise videos were going up. That was at a time when evil!Xakk was pissed off because Tyler was in one of his "screw this, I'm done" phases. So essentially BlackNoise is a letter from evil!Xakk to Tyler, along the lines of "Hey, if you're not willing to play my games, I'll just have to play them with someone else, like this random guy." A threat or a warning that if Tyler didn't play along, evil!Xakk would start stalking and terrorizing innocent people.

I would have thought that hoodie-and-hat guy was dead, but maybe whatever happened to Xakk happened to him and he's now evil!hoodie-and-hat guy.

I suspect that we in the audience were supposed to bring the BlackNoise videos to Tyler's attention, since they were addressed to him, but maybe nobody did and it resulted in a story derail. It might be interesting to point them out to Xakk now and see if he has any recollection of filming them.
