My house has an octagon-shaped window on our staircase landing, which faces out onto the front lawn. Whenever I'm going upstairs late at night, I can't look out the window for fear I'll see Slendy peering in from the other side. Doesn't help that there's a motion-activated light in the same area, which occasionally turns on for no apparent reason. Augh.

On a lighter note, a co-worker was complaining a few days ago about a PR person always spelling b-roll as "broll." I was close to referencing Alex's "I'm just getting some b-roll," but nobody would have had any idea what I meant.

So, our 19 month old has been waking up a lot lately and depriving my wife and me of sleep. On night last week, he started crying and shaking the crib bars and saying, "Scared! Scared!" When I went into his room and asked him what scared him, he said, "Shadows." That was odd since neither of his older siblings were ever afraid of shadows. Then the other night he did the same thing. "Scared! Scared!" This time I went into his room and said, "What's wrong? What scared you?" He stared directly at his window and said, very clearly, "Arms! Arms!"

I hate you.

Being a Marble Hornets fan has affected me in a MASSIVELY positive way as of late.

Let's just say if you're friends with Tim on Facebook, you can hazard a guess as to why Wink

I've got him working on a project with me. Voice acting for a video game.

Now that I'm used to Slendy, I'm not as scared to see him popping around the door...but when I least expect it, suddenly a shadow will twist itself or a tree won't look quite right and I'll jump. I'm pretty sure it's a permanent infliction. Razz

Battle High 2. It's an Xbox 360 indie fighting game.

So if I go out and buy it, Tim's voice will be on it?

That moment when you're in class and one kid coughs so hard he has to leave the room and then another person coughs right after, and then yet another person coughs, and even though you know it's fake, wonder if the operator is hiding in the room somewhere

this might sound crazy, but i really want to start production on a marble hornets rpg for the xblig section. or a point and click or something. there's enough environments in the series for it to be a plausible idea

If this were to exist, my life would surely be completed. I could just imagine playing Jay and having to compelte certain tasks, like getting into Alex's house while the door is locked and finding specific things while you're in there, all with only the guidence of a flashlight. O_O And then the screen would go staticky every so often whenever Slendy was near... X'D

What is that?

It could be like the bit in Arkham Asylum when
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the fear gas makes the screen go blocky and the game 'restarts' itself.
(Don't know if I needed to spoiler tag that, but better safe than shouted at) And the inventory would have a space for an infinite amount of tapes/cameras, but the only weapons you get are a flashlight and a pocket knife.

I'd say it'd be a great stealth-based game, but we've seen how successful stealth is in MH. Wink

Or maybe whenever you sight Slendy you have to get far enough away so that he can't "catch" you; but if you don't fast enough, you'll fall to the ground in a coughing fit, and lose all your memory so you'll have to restart. The inventoy thing sounds cool; imagine how later in the levels, the pocket knife keeps going back between Tim and Jay like it actually did in Marble Hornets. X'3

Eh, stealth...uh, yeah. I wouldn't say that's Jay or anybody else's strong suit. Masky did a good job creepin' up on Alex, though. ;3
