I watched this last night, it had me howling throughout, for several reasons.

Gotta love how they even got a masky/creepy schizo Tim type. And black "detective Jay" FTW!

A prime example of So Bad It's Good/So Bad It's Horrible.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread. The movie wasn't great, but it was far from horrible. Then again, this is coming from a guy who liked Tim Burton's "Planet Of The Apes" so no one needs to agree with me.

It's a slenderman film not a Marble Hornets film

The names of the main characters are J, Brian, Jessica, Alex, and Tim, and they directly quote totheark numerous times ("human, therefore no" and the entire "I'm coming for you and you will lead me to the ark" bit), then there's the fact that the masky mask is an exact replica, and their Tim even has sideburns (even if their Timburns are weaksauce compared to the original).

I'd call it some sort of parody, or homage maybe. They obviously can't be taking themselves too seriously.

I'm actually glad this was bumped. I've never seen this before.

That said, Masky was actually effectively scary in this, almost as much as in the actual series.

The distorted droning in the beginning sounded absolutely cool and got my hopes up. Then...

EDIT: It's the same goddamn mask! How did they make it?

The Mask is just a generic theatric mask you can get at any crafts store. They probably just decorated it the same way Troy and Joseph did.

Also, that "movie" is a blatant rip-off.
