I had to switch to Google Chrome to get the agree button to show. Did not work with IE 9. Though I did notice the questions changing each time I tried registering on IE 9 before I switched. Thank you Ashe and Annamarie for pointing me in the right direction.

There have been several online articles about this venture on various forums and game sites, all the last couple of days. I believe their site may have gotten temporarily overwhelmed by all the hits.

A contact of mine has advised that they're working diligently on bringing things up to speed as soon as possible. So watch for updates here.
