I have a theory on the "BONE(S)".

It's local graffiti. Similar to "El Barto".

What exactly do you mean by "dispose of"? Because what I personally imagine whenever somebody uses that term is that Slendy comes and takes his victims to his Secret Slendyrealm or whatever. But if that were the case, Brian wouldn't have found Tim there in the first place. Tim would have been, ya' know...gone. Off to Slendyrealm. Also, if the Operator had stratgegically turned Tim into Masky, why would he then "dispose" of him?

Just wonderin'. :3

The Operator didn't do anything in his entry because he didn't need to...Alex is doing the work for him.

This is a really late reply, but I just had to say this.

The camera glitches out and cuts. Then The Operator isn't there. Some time probably passed. The Operator probably took the dead body, like he did with the rock victim. I mean, his MO seems to be glitching out cameras so that nobody sees him do whatever he does.

BONE or BONES was some local company that did heating units or something similar like that, if I remember correctly.

I think Tim is coughing. In # 51 is heard coughing and Bryan calls him by name before he can see it. Others may coughs, but that persistent cough, is to Tim.

How do we know that wasn't Alex coughing?

Because Alex walks away from there, we even hear him walking down a set of stairs. After that there is a small pause without any noise and then we hear coughing fairly close by. So my guess is they deliberately made Alex make so much noise to show that he wasn't there anymore.

Listen, we have no idea what the heck happened. I still think that despite the indication that Tim was still in the room at the end of the video, the Operator was still there, and in any event, he might have Operated on him after the tape ended. We just don't know. Tim woke up, obviously, but he was still probably dazed/only half consiouss/incapacitated/whatever, which maintains him being an open target for Slendy doing whatever he wanted to do. In any event, Slenderator was most likely somehow responsible for Tim's later appearence in what we're presently assuming is the annex, because I don't think he would have dragged his injurred self there because he felt like it. c(-:
