remember the shineisei.jp webpage?

so i started to check a lot of old websites involved in the game, and then i went to the shineisei.jp webpage, and in the code of the page, in the line 76 at the bottom i found some german(?) words wer saeht wird ernten, that i traslated as "Who will reap sows", next to a link to some policy stuff.
so i went and saw the code of the policy page, and on the 11 and 12 line this reads

well, im not a real ace at puzzles so i hope someone can tell me what can they find!
anyway, have anyone thought why do all these pages got closed? with the junko junsui out of the way after all the chilean stuff, there isnt really any reason to it, is it?

EDIT: the damn codes where longer... the were deleted(?), i'll copy and paste them again
EDIT2:so it seems that i cant post them textully, there just seems to be no way of posting it without some pieces getting deleted, anyway the important stuff(?) is posted

Well...

that's weird, today i visited that site and i found 2 strings that i asume were encoded on base64, i decoded them and here are the results:

String 1 (it was on the metadata of the page): |Saskatchewan||e254c|||bucket045||3157179||4fa36d4ee6cfe|||1336110414.9686|1aaca113a5a12ff2c4716a4e94c2c018cec083d3||

String 2 (it was on a hidden textbox called "ts"): |Saskatchewan||e254c|||bucket045||3157179||4fa36d4ee6cfe|||1336110414.9694|d879774862c741f21221620f9dfd21056723e1a6||

On both strings are the name of a Canadian provinde (Saskatchewan) and the "bucket045" words. I don't know wath that means but i hope they can help u on your quest Razz

PS1: There are also other weird strings but they're not encoded on base64, tomorrow i will try to decode them on other ways

PS2: sorry for my poor english, but this is not my native language and i stink on languages Razz
