Ok finally got it. I've been messing with this for a while...spoonhead was on the right track with the playable harp. I will spoiler what I did in case anybody wants to keep trying it.

So I plugged in some of the numbers into Google maps and longitude and latitude and I got the following:

Hey, I was some what involved in this ARG and now that it's over I can tell you it was just a quick one for a school assignment.

Somebody outside unFiction found the grail so it's over.
