Probably the most recent EMH vid to be honest.

I'm kind of dragging out catching up with EverymanHYBRID
because I really don't like it that much
, but I will never forget episode six. Slenderman standing down the hallway cocking his head left and right at that unusual speed literarly paralyzed me with fear. Like, the same way a screamer does. I don't know why that visual was so particularly frightning to me, but it was seriously on my mind for like, the next few hours. It's just...why would Slenderman do that? For some reason, I kept asking myself that question.
Also, Entry #49 in Marble Hornets. For another reason I have not identified, seeing Slendy stand over the corpse down the tunnle was one of the creepiest and disturbing sightings of him I've ever seen. Of course, Entry ##### wasn't too mellow, either. In Entry #35, Masky going all Sparta from behind a wall in an old rickety building made me jump, too.
I dunno. I guess some things just really screw with my mind.

Maybe it's just me, but Slendy's head-waggle looked really obnoxious.

The last two have been tense, no doubt. Even though
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
nothing actually happened to Vin in the last one
the ambiance was just terrifying.
Entry 6 in MH will always be the gold standard for me. Watching that one alone at night. The way SM just glides by the window at the end...*shudder*
Return was another MH entry that just terrified me...that until someone noted Jay's resemblance to the "I like turtles" kid.
And just about everything in CaughtNotSleeping. Wow. Just a well done series.

Is CaughtNotSleeping worth the watch? I want to get into another series and this one seems allright.

Everytime I think I found the scariest moment in the Slenderverse, something always comes along and one-ups it. That's the thing about the 'verse: it one-ups itself constantly.
And yes, CaughtNotSleeping is absolutely worth the watch.

This thread enticed me to give CaughtNotSleeping a try. Did a marathon run through the entire archive earlier this week and was blown away. Fantastic series and genuinely creepy as hell in parts. Absolutely worth your time.

I havent watched that many but i did watch CaughtNotSleeping sorta by accident. It was scary. that' good enough for me. Um the first Marble Hornets entry with Masky was scary but response TTA made to the first time Jay went to that house was scarier. Jay's just laying there coughing and TTA is just behind him watching real quiet like.

I think a good many people will tell you, dinorobo, "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, WATCH CAUGHTNOTSLEEPING, IT IS AMAZZZZZZZZING!!"
Ahem.
Seriously, that series has consistantly blown me away with the quality of its plotting, acting, puzzles, effects and editing!
I can list multiple moments that have made my brain scream like:
*Slender Man's first appearance does not disappoint.
*"Hey, Natalie... (rips off face) It's great to see you again."
*The whole Lansing Place sequence.
*Slender Man coming out of the door in the forest. (That made me flail a lot!)
*Caught being beaten up and most recently Natalie being accosted by... puppets.
"Don't be afraid. It's just a game..."

Caught gets beat up?! Okay, now I can go back to watching it.
Awesome actor, frustrating character.
Also, I guess cine I'm back here, I just watched
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the scene where they ended up in a room with all the screens showing various fucked up Caughts saying odd things.
It is the first thing in the S'verse to scare me in about a month and a half.

Everybody loveraging about CaughtNotSleeping makes me feel anti-hipster, or something. I had to stop watching it because it was boring the freaking carp out of me. Which means, yeah, I stopped at the third episode, which was just me being judgemental. I tried to go back to it, but I'm just so darn fidgety that I got impatient again and left.
I need to try harder. Everybody makes it sound like a great series.

It just starts slow, like many of the other v-logs we love.
I suppose it starts getting truly creepy at "Learn to Play".
The first one I saw was "the sink" and then I was well and truly hooked.
