I have checked my Microsoft gallery on computer and cannot solve it. Anyone?

I have also asked 2 questions structured like Gresh's relating back to the clues in the source code. I figure his question got a response with a clue so let's see what happens.

In other forum we've decoded it and we think it says: "Philadelphia" (Maybe here is a connection with something forgotten?).

We're NOT sure if it really means Philadelphia (We've asked to Ben, but I don't know if he will answer). So do not get happy too soon.

What other forum?

Philadelphia Experiment was also known as "Project Rainbow." The supposed victims suffered from dizziness, insanity, being fused into the vessel, completely disappearing...
Could also be an "end of the world" deal, with 21-02-2112 seeming to be 21-12-2012 backwards?

So old mate Ben adds to the clue page that this is 'somehow linked to the Philadelphia project.' I suspect he means Philadelphia Experiment and that he just made a typo because he is so scared of these dudes that mutate humans but can't find people in a library with broken legs.

The philadelphia experiment myth relates to a US navy experiment to render ships invisible to radar, mines etc. (based on the ever reliable Wikipedia).

So what is he telling us now, that these creatures are not only mutated but also invisible to radar? If there is a link here, it must be pretty abstract.
