You know guys, Tim was shirtless in Entry #51.

Yeah, Tim talks about how there were shards of glass in the blanket that he had to shake out before he pulled it over himself because hey, broken glass + shirtlessness = not fun times. It can be a little difficult to tell he doesn't have it on since he still has his jacket wrapped around his shoulders.

I'm pretty sure he's pantsless in 17. You never see him from the waist down in that one.

I haven't watched the season one commentary yet, but in the bloopers they were having a good time with acting casual while bantering about how Tim's pants weren't completely on, so. Yeah. In the season two commentary, Troy and Joseph also talked about how he's been pantless durring shooting session many times, so I guess that wouldn't be surprising. XD

But, yeah, shirtlessness was definitely present in Entry #51.

Okay, so.

I noticed something, on watching this my third or fourth time through it, and thought I'd point it out to anyone who wants to make something of it.

Starting at about 4 mins in, Tim and Alex get into the upper room, and Tim is panning around, looking at it. He says "There must be someplace around here you like," or something like that, and if you watch, he's panning over the area where The Operator appears later, which I thought was super interesting, and a nice little thing you wouldn't notice until the second or third viewing, if at all.

While we're on the subject, let me show you the scene with The Operator, just because I have a question about something in it.


There he is. Now, look at the pillar to the right, and on the opposite side of the pillar from TO there's a shadow or something, just hanging out, half visible.

When The Operator pops out again...


The shadow is gone. Now, I know it's upside down, and it looks like the shadow in the first picture is rightside up, but if you watch the video, and see that part specifically, it looks like someone (also upside down) hanging out behind the pillar.

I don't know whether it's someone in game who snuck in to the building, or if it's one of the MH crew getting caught on cam, or if I'm just falling prey to UF Syndrome, and seeing stuff where nothing is.

Feel free to lambaste me if it's the latter.

I think that's caused by disortion. If you watch Entry 57 and look when Tim is coughing, you can see a similar kind of gobbly gook right behind his right fist. Good eye, though.

Dunno why only that one edge of the pillar would be affected by the distortion though.

there's three explanations

1) distortion that troy put in to fuck with people

2) troy or joseph doing a bad job of hiding (they generally are all present at shooting, joseph was standing behind jay when he was talking to jessica in the hotel entries if you watch the dvd bloopers)

3) a shadow


it is EXTREMELY unlikely that it is an "easter egg" of someone standing there, this is a series where they feel the need to bring up clips like alex's house key to remind viewers about what's going on, they're not gonna pull a stunt like hiding someones body halfway to hint that someone else was there lol
