I think I have the solve method for the end code but need a little help with letter checking and anagramming.

I think this is a variable shift cipher where:
-shape around each letter indicates # of letters to shift (triangle=3)
-color indicates +/- (black= down/-ive ; white = up/+ive)

So the B becomes E

E D U T I L I K I S Y R S F

That gets me:
Dislikes Fruity
Utilised Frisky
Duties Friskily
Suited Friskily
Fluidity Kisser
Fluidity Skiers
Fluidity Krises

...but I think I may have counted wrong.
Someone check my work?

i had the same idea about the shapes being the number of letters to drop or add.

The part that concerns me is that one white triangle pointing in the opposite direction of the other triangles. It might not have any particular meaning, but it does strike me as odd.

Also, what happens if you reverse the color-indication change? (i.e. white=down, black = up)

I got anagrams all over the shop from
verified limits to vitrified slime

counting sides for adding and subtracting nothing worked

One of my letters was wrong before. Rechecked and got :

Which got me Duck Virilities... Sad

Back to the drawing board.
