Let's not get off topic here. You said that Vinny could use that tiny piece of Slendy's suit to fight HABIT, not that Vinny could use Slendy to fight HABIT. A tiny piece of fabric, irradiated or not, isn't going to do much against a giant knife, no matter how you look at it.

And as to your edit, Slendy is most definitely NOT trying to protect them. Evan, maybe, for HABIT's sake, although that's just a theory. But Slendy does not want to protect the others, and I can prove it to you:

Anyway, Well, what I sent was in my message to Alex:

2 things we have to take into consideration here, well really 3:
1. This might've been just a one-shot thing just to keep our interest there for the next vid.

2. He might be only communicating to Rebus, for one reason or another.

3. It's interesting to note that Rebus said that he messaged Alex back in Feb and he replied now. Why couldn't he reply sooner was he in limbo or somethin?

EDIT: Rereading what Evan said from shenhai's quote from the video, if Slenderman is telling Evan to do things, bad things to a point... isn't HABIT basically wanting Evan to do exactly that as well? Why is Evan the one targeted by the dark forces to join their cause and not the others?

I think its funny that even though EverymanHYBRID is easily nine times more complicated than Marble Hornets, MH has its own forum, and EMH does not.

Huh. Can't seem to find it in the search, but I'd give it a bump if it would cut down on the OOG natter. Unless we're takling about the news-update thread - but that pretty much explicitly states "no discussion".

 		Has the idea of Alex having a Candleverse correspondent been discussed? I'm not completely in the loop and this idea is a bit out there. No evidence or anything.

 		Don't think it was discussed really since the prevailing thought is that only the MT4 have Candleverse doppelgangers. Certainly is a possibility though, and I could be wrong. My memory isn't what it used to be.

 		About those leaked videos, has anyone ever thought that they were supposed to be a part of the original "fake" slender series from the very beginning? Maybe if everything had gone according to plan the health series was supposed to degrade into terror anyway.

I've never thought those videos could be canon since they have Slendy telling Evan to kill people instead of Habit.
