Using the same method (vigenere) and key (bjchkiefgd) as raygat.qnc the text portion of raygat2.qnc deciphers to:

I AM A PRISONER OF MY OWN COMPANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS BELIEVE ME TO BE IN DEEP COVER ASSIGNMENT IN EUROPE I BELIEVE THE MESSAGE BELOW TO BE RAMA BASED DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES ASSOCIATED WITH ITS INTERCEPTION IT COULD CLEAR MY NAME IF THIS IS THE CASE FORWARD THE DECIPHED MESSAGE TO THE ONE INDIVIDUAL I TRUST BUT CANNOT CONTACT UNTIL MY INNOCENCE CAN BE PROVEN BEFORE BEING MOVED TO RESTRICED LOCKDOWN I PLACED THIS AND THE HOPEFULLY CORRECT RAMA FILE IN QUE FOR THE NEXT MATRIX UPLOAD IF THE MESSAGE BELOW IS NOT RAMA BASED OR DOES NOT CLEAR MY NAME I WILL REMAIN IN LOCKDOWN AND WILL TRY TO CONTACT YOU THROUGH OTHER MEANS THEMISSTRIM AT QND CAN BE TRUSTED

I don't know about that, didn't Ray say in a phone call to someone that he didn't know if he could trust Angela? Plus the agent list includes both an Angela Ross and a Themisstrim, they seem to be different people.

I would have to agree - It sounded like Angela's phone calls were made to see how much Ray might have said... I wouldn't count on her.

Although she did give those numerical clues to the key...

 		I think it's pretty clear that the person Ray trust is Themisstrim .. from the last sentence in his note..

Angela could have easily figured out the numbers herself from the key "anything" without being told by Ray.. so there's no real reason to trust her..

 		Just discovered this and thought it was interesting. Originally, the message log contained a message from Ray to Angela saying "Seriously, just look into Rama for me." See this thread: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1195

When I looked for the Rama reference today, I found that message is gone from the log. Relevance?

 		Maybe that was an initial hint to something about "Rama", and when nobody followed up on it, they (the PMs) deleted it and issued a more direct HINT to go find this Rama thing.
