Confused OK, I'm lost.

It was all very much OT anyway. Are you sure you want to know?

So, is anyone going to check this out? I'd love to--my husband claims that I have a bad habit of braving potentially adverse situations just because I'm curious--but seeing as how I'm all the way out on the east coast, I don't think I can make it. Razz

I have to admit: I really want to know if this is in game or not, and it seems that the only way to know...is to go. Very Happy

Perhaps it should be posted over in Axon Coordination, if it hasn't been already...

Same problem here, alas.

I still really doubt it's ingame.

By the way, what does your name mean? I'm familiar with Zaiel, which is an Arabic (man's) name, but I am not familiar with Zaeil.

Zaeil means absolutely nothing. The name comes from a character of mine. For some reason, I like the string of too-many vowels. Very Happy

Yeah, unless this is Dana's doing(in print to avoid detection, in code so she wasnt discovered while typing)

Then I would vote its a hoax. Clever, tho.

Verrry intriguing, I'd love to be there:) Good luck and be safe, anyone who checks this out.

I think Melissa got into one of those japanese dancing robots and did it. Did anyone see a four-foot-high white thing dance up to the payphone and tape a envelope to the side?

HHM is very busy at work right now. I know she generally doesn't keep up with the boards during the day. She may not even know the puzzle has been solved. I'll let her know, but I can't guarantee she'll be able to do anything about it today.

If Chulo or Fubarz wants to check it out, I wouldn't be surprised if it leads to another note, in game or not.

I see one major thing in this whole letter that sticks out like a sore thumb.

Quote:
!execute

I don't belive the Flea's ever used this before - everything he's used that ends up being some sort of a program is followed by the command

Quote:
recurse

which means to compile a program, and then run it. If this is Mel sending us a message, too, why would it be in flea-speak, and also, why would it be using one of the fonts that I have on my computer? I'm certain that who ever's doing this ARG could make a font quickly that could do this whole thing for them well enough. I belive the font is the X-Files font, but I could be mistaken. Anyways, just my 2.5 cents.

According to "Swanneh" in IRC, Melissa (?) sent out an email indicating that the puzzle is a hoax. Swanneh should be posting the email with full headers soon.

These coordinates have nothing to do with our mission. They are
suspicious and should be avoided.

Someone tell her

cheers
