The ARG That Breaks All The Rules & Pays You Too
Help Wanted

Hello UF

I'm not new but haven't been here in ages. Sporting a brand new acct since I no longer have or remember my previous one (sorry!)

I have a little invitation if any of you might find it of interest. As usual, it'll start like so: "I got this really awesome idea but..."

since it's been so long and hasn't been a priority, I've lost touch with some of the people I've met here several years ago and haven't participated in just as long so it's like being a n00b all over again and trying to make new friends the hard way Very Happy

Anyway, I am very much interested in putting together a small team to develop the ARG that pays you to play. Below is my little pitch, so if you think it may be something you'd enjoy being involved with, please contact me, let's get better acquainted and I'll fill you in.

I'm hoping for a small but experienced team half a dozen people or less, it really doesn't require a huge crew (fortunately). For such a lavish game, it can be built entirely at nominal expense, should take about 6 months of dev time (or less if a good crew is on the ball). I know there is some amazing talent and creativity here at UF so hopefully you'll find it interesting enough to want to get involved. That said, experience isn't necessarily required, enthusiasm goes a long way too!

And now, The Pitch:

This Game is a high octane, fully immersive, multi level, massively multi player, live action, choose your own adventure, alternate reality, role playing game set in contemporary time, yet incorporating a high tech Transhumanist theme.

It is one of the first of its kind � if not actually the first of its kind - to incorporate all of the previously mentioned gaming genres and a dozen more, a number of which are deliberately employed as doorways into the game.

This Game can be played locally or globally.
This Game is replayable and/or never ending.
This Game works as both pay to play and pay the player combined.
This Game does not require actors, though characters can be installed at any point.
This Game (and its style) is 100% original, has never been done before

Experience in multimedia is a plus (where my personal skills end, Sad

)
